It was a great place to stay close to the subway line u4, close to the market by foot the staff was very kind, the room was amazing I really like it !!

I recently stayed here and had a bit of a mixed experience. To start with the positives, the staff members were absolutely wonderful—super accommodating, friendly, and always ready to help out with a smile. Another massive plus is the location. It is incredibly convenient, making it a breeze to travel around, hit the local spots, and get to where you need to go without any hassle. However, the room itself left a bit to be used. It was on the smaller side, which would have been fine, but the air conditioning wasn't working properly, making the tight space feel pretty stuffy. On top of that, the tables and chairs definitely needed a deeper clean, as they were a bit dusty when I arrived. If you're just looking for a prime location with great service and don't plan on spending much time in the room, it's a solid choice. But it would be a much better stay if they gave the rooms a little extra maintenance.

It was impossible to switch off the air conditioner. For us it was a major issue temperature and the sleep quality wise. I asked the employee to switch it off few times, and they had an unpleasant attitude toward my request going with annoyance "ugh, for some turn on, for some turn off." In a 4 star hotel I would expect an AC regulation to be a minor concern and issue to address, but it was not. That was rather frustrating.

We didn’t have any hot water for one of the two days. It was flxed, which we were grateful for. I woke up both mornings covered in bites on my legs and back. I assumed they were from mosquitos but no one else in our family had them. In looking more closely at the bites and pattern they are strongly suggestive of bed bugs. Our daughters had a room a few doors down and never had working AC on the 5th floor. It was over 80F in their room. We went to the desk several times for help. We kept being told they sent a technician but it was never fixed. They sent someone up at 9 or 10pm who told the girls it was fixed but actually turned the heat in and the temp climbed even higher. Never was fixed and they hardly slept the two nights. When we asked about a new room for them we were told over and over that a technician was coming to fix it. Not a pleasant stay, unfortunately. I have never left feedback for a hotel, but this seems important to pass along. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel. It was nice, clean, spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Staff is really friendly, i approached reception multiple times to ask about directions and metro, they were really helpful Only thing that we didn’t like is that there was a construction work going on right in front of the hotel. However, it didn’t affect our stay, we didn’t hear any noise in the room.

Very good location, clean and comfortable rooms. It is visible that the hotel is a bit old, still it is overall very good value for money. Parking is possible on the streets around hotel.

Great property and location next to the subway and close to the Stephenplatz, We had a real problem with the air conditioning in our room. The thermostat didn’t work and after 3 repeated attempts o get someone to fix it, the last person I went to see was exceptional. Paula Penetsdorfer was the front desk person in charge and when she heard our story she immediately made it right and moved us into a better room on the Executive floor. No questions asked; apologized profusely. What a true professional who demonstrated care and attention. Can’t say enough great things about Paula!

Very clean, well-maintained hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and functional. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide range of fresh rolls, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, bacon, veggies, fruit and yogurt to choose from each morning. Nice bar and lobby area. Location just across from the U4 subway station (Pilgramgasse) was also a plus. This isn't necessarily a complaint, but for the solo traveler, it is a very large tourist hotel that hosts big bus tour groups from all over. So not a small, intimate establishment. But maybe you'll meet some interesting people! Also, my room had a bathtub, but you couldn't really take a shower in it. I didn't really note this when I booked, but it's something to double-check if you really prefer to shower rather than bathe.

It safe and comfortable, stuff was very good

Good location, near U bahn, however construction is still on the way, not so noisy but affecting your view and also mobility nothing in general. All is good. You get what you pay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a bit on the small side, but it was well ventilated and beds were good.

They said they had a restaurant. First night we were told we could not eat there because we did not make a reservation. We spoke to front desk and they spoke to kitchen and we were served. We were told the next evening we absolutely would not be able to eat dinner there. They were full of large grouos. The kitchen could not handle any more people. You do have to pay for parking in thete garage.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The location of the hotel was excellent and made it very convenient for exploring the city. We did experience an issue with the room door on the first night, but what truly stood out was the exceptional support from the lovely lady at the reception. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us with a smile. Her professionalism and warmth genuinely made us feel at home and turned the experience into a memorable one. NA
