The bed, location, and breakfast were all top-notch. The breakfast and service, in particular, deserve praise. The only reservations I might have are about the size of the bathroom. Considering the high standard of the hotel, it's quite small.

Location is great, staff every friendly and excellent breakfast. Great for travelling with pets! Expensive but new, good facilities and service. We will definitely stay again. Nothing - the whole experience was very good.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was super comfortable, beautiful, and the overall service was just amazing. A special thanks to the sweetest Hungarian-speaking staff member from Nagyvárad, he was so kind and constantly put a smile on our faces. The Hungarian waiter at breakfast was also ultra-friendly and attentive! And speaking of breakfast: it was mind-blowingly delicious, insanely flavorful, and beautifully presented. We loved every second of our stay, will definitely be back, and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!

The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained, but what truly sets it apart is its outstanding staff. Everyone is exceptionally well trained, warm, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. I would especially like to thank Francisca at the front desk, who was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The waitresses in the restaurant and at breakfast were also fantastic. I was traveling with my dog, Tito, and the level of care extended to him was just as impressive. Housekeeping thoughtfully provided him with a comfortable bed and blanket, making sure he felt as welcome as I did. It's these thoughtful details that show this hotel truly thinks of everything. The wellness area, while not large, felt wonderfully exclusive and private. It was never crowded and provided the perfect setting to unwind after a day of exploring Vienna. The atmosphere was calm, intimate, and incredibly relaxing. The bar also deserves a special mention. It is exceptionally well stocked, and the ambiance offers cool sophistication in the center of old Vienna. Whether for dinner or a nightcap, it is a beautiful space to spend the evening. I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, and The Amauris stands out as one of the very best. It delivers not only impeccable service and refined luxury, but also a genuine sense of warmth and hospitality that is increasingly rare.
