Location and breakfast. The unit consisted of two separate rooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The room with the two single beds lacks air conditioning, and the window cannot be opened; it is essentially a completely sealed, airless box—a major issue given the frequent heatwaves these days. Although the unit is designed to accommodate four or five people (with sleeping space for four adults), the bathroom lacks a door. The shower is located right at the bathroom entrance with no door separating it, meaning anyone bathing is visible from the outside—a completely inappropriate and uncomfortable arrangement. The wardrobe—intended for 4 or 5 people—is only 60 cm wide; there isn't enough space for that many people's clothes, and the small room has absolutely no wardrobe or even a wall hook. It's not a cheap hotel—it has a touch of luxury, good communication with the underground, and the breakfast was excellent—but the rooms do not justify the price.

It was very cozy The air conditioning made this really loud and uncomfortable noise every few minutes. I had it turned off and it didn’t go away. I went to the lobby to see if they could fix it but it seems like it was happening in every room.

The location is very convenient to get to the Airport or exit the city The staff is very polite and helpful and the rooms are spacious and clean The food in the breakfast is not tasty as expected While it has a variety, it simply not tasty, like the chef is not trying to make it good

Super friendly, helpful staff at the front desk. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Lovely bedding, sockets by the bed, storage, tea / coffee making facilities and good WiFi. Nice quality toiletries including conditioner and hairdryer. The shower was excellent. Location was actually very good albeit we did wonder when we arrived if it was going to be. Less than 5 minutes walk to Gasometer metro which will get you anywhere in Vienna on the fantastic transport links. We also found a shopping centre nearby with a Spar Gourmet supermarket and places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Just a couple of points which by no way affected our great time here. The breakfast was quite expensive ( I know this is Vienna) and we are not big eaters so we passed on that although it looked good. And we would have liked a small fridge. Absolutely nothing not to like.

Clean and comfy. Quite area Phone room was out of order and I asked to fix it but they failed to do so. My wife had an operation for broking arm three weeks ago, and I asked twice for more pillow so she can rest her broking hand and they failed to provide the pillows. After 6 hours waiting finally i got help from the a reception staff name zoran, which he was very helpful, how by him self provided a pillow, and checked room phone set cabal if it loose.

Great location for a concert at the Arena. Cool breakfast, very kind staff. Price / value amazingly good. Parking across the street for 9EUR a day.

The staff is very pleasant, the breakfast is good, both the atmosphere at the lobby and the food. The room was very clean and had a nice layout. Even the elevator smells nice. Very good for a couple. The hotel is also close to the metro station. A thinner blanket would've been nice, but since the room had good air conditioning, the thick blanket also sufficed. The bed was comfortable either way.

Location is good. They do not clean even if we stayed for a longer time.
