Nothing to hang towels or essential clothing in the shower. It was uncomfortable.

Hotel with basic facilities (but thankfully with an AC), about 10 mins walk from Erdberg bus station Nothing as such.

Was there for an event at Vienna Arena...right across the road. Staff very friendly and helpful. Felt safe comfortable. The room was spacious. Breakfast, although fresh, was a bit boring.

Had a mixup with the dates while trying to extend my stay, hotel refused any kind of negociation even though booking.com was ready to help. Worst experience as a customer

Everything was super good. Location is a bit far from district 1 and main city, however, gasometer station is nearly 5 min walk. Overall, good experience.

The AC did not work at night even though it was very hot inside the room. Breakfast was not included at this price which makes it a little costly compared to other hotel options.

The room was spacious and clean so it was overall a good experience. It was located close to the Erdberg metro and international bus station which was very convenient for me and was the main argument that made me choose this hotel. The supermarket Billa next to the hotel was also a good point (there was also a Spar and Hofer nearby) and the staff was very nice and helpful too. The light in the bathroom was flickering from time to time which was not very pleasant and the room key wasn't very practical to use in my opinion.

I loved the customer care service. They are respectful and knowledgeable of the hotel brand and welcomed me well thank you. The room exceeded my expectation and the proximity of the train station to the hotel is near and great. Nothing.

The shower was leaking again as it was in IBIS Budapest i think it is a standart in IBISs!
