Pension Riedl is located on the famous Ringstraße in the center of Vienna. The most important sights like St. Stephen’s Cathedral can be reached within a 10-minute walk. All rooms provide satellite TV and tea and coffee-making facilities. Free Wi-Fi access is available in the entire hotel. The rooms are located on an upper floor and can be accessed via a elevator. Pension Riedl will organize theater and opera tickets on request. The well-known Art Nouveau Postsparkasse building by Otto Wagner is only a few yards away. The Museums of Natural History and the History of Art, the Parliament, the City Hall, the Opera and the Stock Exchange can be reached on foot within 15 to 20 minutes. The Stubenring transportation hub is just a few steps from the Pension Riedl.

The location was okay and the room was decent. No Ac especially during summer we couldn’t sleep at night and the room is too small to even open your bags. Bathroom is also too small.

It’s really cozy , the only problem is the bathroom shared but in general is really nice and the location is perfect

Great location Not much clean. Stained walls, spider webs etc Doesn’t had issue with toilet or drains it was working very well but room definitely needs A/C and mini fridge

Good communication, small but cozy room with a nice view - it was perfect for my one-day solo trip.

The drain in the shower doesn't drain water properly so we found lots of hair in standing water

Very quiet with a comfy bed. Elevator worked thank goodness, it’s on the fifth floor. Room needs some serious work. Incredibly outdated and run down. And honestly way over priced for the quality of the facilities.

Proximity , clean and beautiful staff and warm to talk with . Felt extremely safe and best for solo females . Nothing

Great location with a friendly staff and easy check in. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Highly recommend Walls were a bit thin so if one is a light sleeper you might hear folks going into and out of other rooms at night. Additionally the first night the water was not as very warm, but was plenty hot as needed the other days.

Location is excellent. Mata and Lana. two staff members were nice. Lot's of light in my room. Everything is old, cell size rooms , screeching floors and doors, beat up bumpy pillows, broken TV (was fixed later), noisy plumbing, worn floors and therefore dirty appearance of floors , little black bugs running around on the floors, semi- dirty walls.

The location was good. I really appreciated being within a comfortable walking distance of the city center, which allowed me to explore the main sights on foot easily. The room was clean, tidy, and relaxed. A real highlight was the lovely little balcony; it was a nice touch that made the room feel more open and airy. Although I only saw the staff in the mornings, they were polite and helpful. I was especially grateful that the heating worked perfectly and kept the room warm and cozy. Just a couple of minor points. The elevator to get up to the 4th floor was quite old, and I felt a bit nervous using it. Also, the water pressure in the shower was low, and the water could have been hotter.
