This place is beautiful and conveniently located.

No sound insulation between rooms

Location to Stephansplatz and boats to Bratislava. Air conditioning worked. Repetitive breakfast. Large mechanical key that had to be dropped at reception upon exit and entry.

The location is good. The value for money was good. The hotel is nice overall. The rooms are a bit outdated, but clean, well-maintained and equipped.

Air condition was not working properly despite of hot weather

We were given the choice of a kosher breakfast which arrived very timely and was plentiful

This was a very nice stopover on a long trip. We enjoyed the large, comfortable and quiet room, wine and cheese plate in the bar area, the abundant breakfast, and helpful staff. We would stay there again! Nothing

The location is very good; the staff is very professional and friendly. The breakfast selection is great. The room is clean and is just right size for one person. Everything is in a walking distance including metro. The outside noise behind the window coming at 6 o'clock in the morning was very disturbing. It would be nice to keep a window opened, especially during the hot weather but it was facing parking garage. It affected sleep.

Clean, Quiet, Courteous Staff Nothing worth mentioning!

Breakfast was very good. Helpful staff - all questions answered. The body wash in the shower was bone dry/completely empty, but we (of course) only discovered this once in the shower. I think this should have been detected by staff before our arrival, and rectified. The tub is very new and very slippery - caution advised to users, especially when exiting.

our stay at Hotel Stefanie was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt warmely welcomed and very well taken care of. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and full of nostalgic charm. It perfectly combines historic character with comfort, making it unique place to stay in Vienna. If we have the opportunity to visit Vienna again, there is no doubt that we will return to Hotel Stefanie. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Isam and Shorok. nothing

Beautiful architecture clean room and we were able to watch final fifa World Cup that’s great plus breakfast is superb All is good nothing negative

Honestly, I liked everything. The quirks (like an "ironing room" or leaving the key at the desk) were part of the charm. There was simply no detail that wasn't thought through.

The property is an older hotel but very nice. It’s an amazing value for your money. Complimentary breakfast next day is amazing.
