Very quiet, very central, very easy to get to all the major touristic places in Vienna from the hotel. Also very easy to access from the subway (and airport). Great place to stay to spend time in central Vienna

Room 509 VERY small but good enough. Shower VERY small. Room only had a phone and TV. Breakfast had a good selection, mostly Europe food. Next door to the R, was a grocery store. The banks close at noon. Kisoks were prevalent. Went to 5 banks and NONE of them exchanged money. Go across the bridge and down the road to McDonalds R to the big church and there were 2 money exchange places. The price for breakfast was 19Euros. Boo

Breakfast was basic with very little variety. The rooms were quite small. However, the location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel still uses physical keys instead of key cards, so you have to leave your key at reception every time you leave the room and collect it again when you return.

The staff was rude sometimes, loudly the first night, you can hear everything outside the room.

Great location, near the grocery, quick access to public transport (metro/tram), spacious bathroom, great breakfast, helpful stuff, clean rooms and pretty much everything else. Slow elevator at busy times.
