1. The best location for the first time visitors, just infront of the metro station 2. The guest experience manager, Mr.lukas is amazing, he will help me, for all your requests and make sure that my stay should be comfortable 3. Housekeeping is amazing, I don’t know who took care of cleaning on 8th Floor, my room was 825, The room was spotless, surprisingly very clean, 4. Housekeeping was tooo kind, I requested to do bed linens change and was done very quickly, was surprised with housekeeping services. 5.The hotel itself a very beautiful and very close to all famous places 6. 5 min walling distance from The famous park. Nothing, I loved everything of the property

Ver well located with easy access to metro and tram Service was not that great when arriving none of the bells offered to help with the luggage despite coming with a baby

Good location. Easy walk to a lot of sites and subway and trams are close by. The room was functional and somewhat small, but the bed was really comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional. Nothing worth noting.

location only AC very very bad ! although we come every summer but they dont fix the AC problem.. every year the same Staff , i think they have short of staff. also there was no one to help us take the luggage from the car , the receptionist lady helped us at the end !

AC was blowing lukewarm air the entire time during a heatwave and the previous guests clothes were left in the closet.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I really enjoyed my stay. Nothing. Everything was excellent, and I had a very pleasant stay.

Had a bad stay experience for 2 nights especially with my room AC They offered me a smaller room to replace mine which I did not take Breakfast is not that good Smelling plates and cutleries Towels not smelling like deep cleaned No espresso machine in the room “5 stars they do have” Complimentary water only on arrival day

I liked the location, comfort for the big spacious room, cleaness... I do not liked the stuff. I have booked a room for a family of three. In booking it is clearly stated 2 adults and 1 child. There was no third bed. When i asked at the reception why are there only two beds they said it is my duty to inform them that i need third bed. Next time i will book for 2 persons. But that was not the end. First i tried to contact the reception via room phone. Nobody ansered. At 17.00. I went to reception , after small conversation and trying from the hotel stuff to put the guilt on me , they said the bed will be in the room in 15min. Perfect. We went for a walk , came back around 22.00, and there was still no bed. This time luckily they picked up the phone, and the bed was here at around 22.30. And that is not all. When i checked in, the lady at recepcion did not even told me what room number i have. She was like after passing me the cards ,, oh sorry your room is 350...,, and where is the parking i asked, she said well you have to go around this way showing with her hand and you will find it in the back. Yes i found it with google maps. And she also ,,forget,, to inform me where is the restaurant for the breakfast. When i checked in i got an whatsupp message, somebody asking me is it everything ok, which i replyed, no a bed is missing. Two days after, still no answer... maybe next year. So yeap, location, clean, comfort is perfect. But all other inside the hotel, hotel ammeties, restaurants, lifts etc you are on your own. The stuff have some better things to do i guess...
