El Coso Hotel

Our room has no natural light as we only have 3 small windows (small=25x80 cm) that has view to an internal space, all walls around (2x2m in size). It was noise as the air conditioning from the restaurant was working all the time and it was echoing in this small internal space our room had view on. The AC in the room was also noisy but we could live with that however on the last 3 days there was a water leakage from the device into the room, so we could choose to switch off the AC or to listen all night how the water is dropping to a bin. We have reported the issue several times, the staff promised to check it by technical team but nothing happened, later they said it is absolutely normal and safe that water is leaking out as there is a big temperature difference outside and inside. That we could accept however the water should be guided out and not pouring inside. As we were quite disappointed we have requested a compensation and they offered to halve the price of our consumption, so the total amount of compensation was around 25 Euros (as we had breakfast and dinner included with some drinks and should pay for extra round of drinks only). In overall we are quite disappointed so I wouldn't recommend the hotel due to staff's behaviour and uncomfortable circumstances.

Breakfast was good otherwise the whole experience was awful specially one very impolite host who works after maria at 4pm , refused to give me wifi .. refused to even speak to me and even called me impolite guess why ? Because i didn't look at her when speaking she said .. like if she was my mother telling look at me when i speak... It was truly the first time in my life after living in 10 cities and 5 countries including usa and canada and france .. and visiting 20 countries that someone speaks to me this way in a hotel desk . But there is always a first time The hostess' who works from 4pm on my date of staying very rude and impolite person The room was tiny Dark and not very clean

The location was very wooded and close to the beach, ideal for families with kids. When we arrived, no one was there to receive us, and we had to wait around 40 minutes to check in. It was around 7 p.m., and I had already sent a message earlier to inform them about our arrival time. Our room did not smell good when we entered. It had a very small window that did not face outside, but instead overlooked an internal courtyard. There was a lot of noise coming from above our room. People were moving furniture, carrion, etc, every night around 11 p.m.

Location I reserved a room that before my claim was posted as 269 square feet, in reality measurements taken, were 200feet. I was myself and 2 kids. So basically they made me paid a room that actually in my mind was a decent size but i had to stayed in a much smaller room. This was very misleading. If at first i d already knew that the room was 200 sq feet, i would have not booked this hotel from The beginning. Plus First night was really bad bc they put me a broken extra bed, my back hurt badly the next day.

That there was no room service

The room has no facility. The coffee machine was not working, no room service, the mirror was dirty with bird droppings. In the breakfast, there are houseful. Its horrible place to stay.

Windows were facing walls or building structures. Furnitures were damages.

The window of our room was not sound proof, so we could hear the music from nearby clubs, which we did not particularly enjoy, especially with a chid and with a very early flight. Also, I think the hotel allows guests to host parties. On our last night, some of the other guests were extremely loud (not music, but speaking, slaming doors). I know this is on the guests, but I hope people travelling with children find this helpful. When I booked the room, the hotel claimed to have a 24/7 reception, which is only partly true. The reception desk was staffed until 5 p.m., then there were only the restaurant staff, and a man overnight. While the receptionist was very helpful, the others not so much and they only spoke little English, so communication was more difficult. However, the stay was rather good.

We had booked for five people, but it turned out to be four people and we were a family. I have two young daughters. Their room was on the second floor, and ours was on the first floor. They couldn't sleep comfortably alone for a few days. They should have done this. My family should have been on one floor. The room was very good, but at first it was very bad. They gave us four beds. After a few hours, we put the little ones in the bed. We don't give beds to five or six year olds.

The location is fine, the hotel staff was friendly The rooms need improvement and it's a little but smelly. You can't open the windows because are orientated near the air ventilation and it will smell even badly. The service from restaurant is even worse. The waiter told us that because we were staying at their hotel, we would receive a discount, which we did not get in the end. The second time, we waited half an hour just to receive a menu, even though only two tables were occupied and we were there with a small child. Eventually, we gave up and left. Thea breakfast was good but is not very diverse.

Location Upon arrival they said our room didn’t have electricity and proceeded to put us in a lesser quality hotel adjacent. Not what I paid for

There were drinks (coke, juice) in the mini-fridge that seemed free since anything that cost money was labeled as such. However, I was charged 14 euros for consuming them. It seemed intentionally deceptive.

I liked the great location I did NOT like the staff’s unfriendly attitude, not enough toilet paper in the room (when I asked for more, I was given 1/5 of a roll) I definitely did not take COLD showers the last two days (there was no warm Water the last 2-days) - I certainly did not like seeing dead “huge roaches” every day in the stairs. The hotel is being advertised as having sound proof walls. BUT the e walls did not really block the outside noice.

The first room was quite loud because of a ventilatior which brought probably the kitchen air out of the building. The second room with seaview was really nice but the carrier of the curtain broke down in the night because of bad montage work. The food in the restaurant is too expensive for its value

Rude receptionist, absolutely unfriendly with customers! They have no place for siting for the arriving guest of hotel, also they didn't let us to have caffe in the restaurant!
