Hotel was easy to find and right on the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. Room was basic but very clean and comfortable. Hotel is in excellent location for easy walk to buses and trams. Very cheap to use. Receptionist wasn't very welcoming and quite rude at times. We had parking booked through the hotel at a cost of 36 euros for two nights. The car park is an underground one opposite the hotel. We were given a swipe card for parking which didn't work. The guy in the garage was very helpful but when we spoke to our receptionist we were asked "what do you want me to do about it? Its their card so their problem. You will just need to pay at the garage". So we paid at the garage at a cost of 55 euros for two nights. Had we known the cost to park would be so expensive we would have stayed somewhere else. I did email the hotel about this but they have failed to answer. Attitude and rudeness of receptionist and her failure to help us with parking problem Cost to park.

Beachfront location Kettle tea and coffee and fridge in the room also had shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom . Air conditioning . It is noisy at night due to location near bars and nightclubs with fireworks late into the night. We managed to sleep well despite this as the hotel itself was so peaceful

Excellent service, clean and well maintained daily to the level of hotels with more stars. Facilities on point. Helpful and professional staff. Great location right at the beach with lots of restaurants and bars around.

Great hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are small but comfortable, with everything needed for an overnight stay and hygiene. Excellent location and great service. During the day when I was out, the room was cleaned and everything was restocked. The air conditioner worked perfectly. Excellent soundproofing — with the windows closed, you can’t hear anything from the street. The staff also helped me find my way around the area, gave recommendations, and even marked places on a map. The service was simply excellent — we are very satisfied. An area for improvement would be the addition of slippers in the room.

Great location. Comfortable, clean, well equipped room. Lovely, very helpful staff. Unfortunately, like all the other hotels along the beach it is affected by the local club which plays music until 04.30 very loudly.

Located right next to beach, accessible by Tram/Metro. Good breakfast
