The check in was easy, staff friendly, food available was very good, everything was clean, well maintained and quiet, and we had everything we needed.

Everyone had their own bed. The kid playground and the convenient store right down stairs.

Was very surprised to see most of the staff along the driveway to send us off by waving! Very warm, attentive and friendly bus drivers! The room was slightly dusty, but comfortable beds made up for it! Feeling uncomfortable because very sensitive to motion sickness(can feel the hotel swaying).

Terrible experience and absolutely not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. There was no respect or care for customers at all. We arrived extremely tired after a long trip and instead of helping us, we were just told to do online check-in ourselves with almost no assistance. Their system was faulty and made the whole process frustrating. When we finally got into the room, it was quite dirty with stains in multiple places, including the bathroom and toilet. The cleanliness standard was disappointing and far below what should be acceptable for a 4-star property. The location was also really poor, with very limited access to trains and transportation. The only good thing about this hotel was the shuttle bus to DisneySea. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel at all, especially for international tourists. Nothing

Comfortable, spacious room for a family and in close proximity to theme parks. Balcony with water views. Lawson natural also within building which is handy! Only thing we had an issue with is the air-conditioning not working properly/leaking water onto a bed.

public bath is not too crowded. Bus drivers are very courteous. my view of the garden, but very minor.

I did not like this property Check-in took a long time the guy checking out and made a bit of a mistake at first and we had to redo it. I did not like the food options at this hotel a lot of walking to get to the room. The room was very rundown feeling there were stains all over the furniture and carpet.

We stayed here for one night after a very rainy day at Disney Sea. Loved that this hotel had a shoe dryer as well as a foot massager - this alone deserves very high reviews! The front desk was so helpful in booking us a taxi as well as going above and beyond for helping us navigate luggage forwarding for our first time - very courteous and helpful, can't speak highly enough for the staff that helped us navigate this! compared to some of the other hotels, this hotel was a bit dated. It was clean. We spent a very short time here so did not get to experience too much of the hotel.
