Hotel Emion Tokyo Bay

The room was very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent--a really nice combination of western and japanese style breakfast foods. We had a mix up with our room reservations which was a mistake on our part and circumstances due to one of our traveling members cancelling at the last minute. And the manager went out of his way to make it right and to not charge us for the extra rooms. It was convenient to the Shin Urayasu train station (about a 10 minute walk) and the hotel was lovely and cheerful. We were there for two weeks, so we needed to use their laundry facilities which were easy to use. Overall a really nice choice for our stay. The only thing that might have made it better would have been a room with exercise equipment.

Location was perfect, close to Tokyo Disney and they offered a shuttle service to both parks.

Family Mart right in the hotel with hot water service. The room I stayed in, they rolled in an extra bed for me without myself even requesting it. It made the stay much more comfortable. I really like the washroom was separate from the sink which is also separate from the shower room. Make it much more convenient for my family to get ready. It has the exact same name as the hotel right next door. I apparently booked the “square” and not the “tower” and I first went to the wrong hotel. It would also been nice if it has a shuttle to the train station which I learned some hotels neighboring this one does.

Breakfast and views were incredible. Nice to be near the ocean for fresh air and breezes. Wonderful bathroom with daily bath salts, toothbrush, personal wash cloth, razor, etc. Nice to have a kettle with tea and coffee. Beds very comfortable. Quiet. Location is good for Shin Urayusu station to travel anywhere in the city. Windows open, Air freshener. Not enough wall outlets. No USB ports. Laundry too small for the number of rooms so had to remove my clothes before they were dry. Since the hotel is in the JR East, not the JR Central zone, we could not purchase Tokyo passes at this station.

Very nice place to start immersing into the culture. Easy to get to from the airport and to the Disney parks as well as a main train station only 15 min from Tokyo I was not happy that one of the restaurant seemed to have required reservations I had been planning on dinner there and I was refused due to no reservation even though I was a hotel guest. No information in the room regarding this at all. There were other food options but not what I had been looking forward to and planning on Also was not allowed to wear my swim suit in the spa. So some how I have never read and or been aware of the standard soaking spas are gender specific but also nude. Not my cup I tea. I knew about needing a swim cap but I was completely unaware of the nudity and not allowed the option of my personal choice of wearing one!!

The hotel was clean, accessible, and very comfortable to stay in. One thing I really liked was the spa and massage services which operated until the wee hours of the morning - it was such a nice way to relax after a a tiring day of touring. We also went to Disneyland, and the shuttle bus to and from was super convenient. I also appreciated having decent in-room WiFi which allowedme to get some work done during our stay. Everything was smooth and pleasant, and I would definitely stay here again.

Every single staff was amazing and kind. The property had many useful facilities like Family Mart and luggage service. The laundry room was easy to find and use.

My mother, daughter, and I were delighted by every aspect of our stay here. We especially enjoyed the thoughtful amenities, the bathing/bathroom facilities in the room, the beds, and the many windows and view. The onsen was very nice and it was easy to book a massage for a very reasonable price. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had. Do be sure to make a reservation if you want to eat at either of the hotel's restaurants (Italian or Japanese). We ended up eating ham and cheese wraps from the in-hotel convenience store.

Great if you are going to Disney - there is a shuttle that goes back and forth between the hotel and parks and makes it convenient. You are in an area that is walkable to the train station and areas to eat or shop in. They will refresh towels and amenities anytime you have the room cleaned. It's quite far if you're going to Tokyo city center (about an hour by train, and usually takes a couple trains).

Clean, nice bathroom with lots of little amenities. Random but the water from the bathroom sink tap surprisingly tasted good as if it was filtered. I’m usually ok with a firm bed but these were pretty hard. A little far from the train station.

Rooms were of a decent size for the 4 of us and great in house facilities like a self operating laundromat and microwave facilities on each floor and also a small Family Mart inside the building. Shuttle bus to and fro both Disneyland parks and the Maihama station were excellent. Lack of choice for a sit down meal in the area
