The hotel was filthy. The air conditioner in our room leaked, there was mold in the bathroom, and the floors in both the room and hallways were extremely dirty. The towels had stains on them, and it was obvious that surfaces in the room had not been properly wiped down or cleaned. Cleanliness is one of the most important things I expect from a hotel, and this property fell far below an acceptable standard. The staff was nice, but the condition of the hotel was BAD. I would not stay here again unless some serious improvements are made to the cleanliness and maintenance.

TERRIBLE!! Front staff was okay..1st room smelled badly of mold/mildew..then later on our neighbors decided to light up amd my family was subjected to really strong weed smell. Front staff moved us room. Next room had urine stains on toliet, toliet paper had been half used, toothpaste running down countertop, dripping facets, and uncleaned facets We were then told they didn't have housekeeping service..like what?!! I always check for bugs near the mattress and pillows before lying down and Im sure glad I did..because low and behold, MULTIPLE BEDBUGS!!! WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!

I hate leaving bad reviews. The lady who waited on me was nice. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I was hit by a horrible smell. I almost asked for a refund immediately. I am not sure if was some werid cleaning supplies they use or what. I couldn’t sleep with that awful smell. As I walked into my room the light bulb was out at the door. I didn’t ask them to replace it, i feel they should’ve known. I had to use my flashlight on my phone to find the lamp switch and bathroom light. The floor had not been swept. There was small pieces of paper on the floor. There was some flying bug in the tub. The place was just very old so everything looked dirty. There was a waffle maker, juice, cereal, mini yogurt’s, toast, and bagels.

Spacious room! Decent breakfast. Very friendly front desk clerks (all shifts were phenomenal & super nice & accommodating, even the new girl☺️)! Can walk to Taco Bell! My bed sheets have been dirty in every room& every stay stay lately, so CHECK YOUR SHEETS IMMEDIATELY!!! I strip the bed myself, & tell front desk. It gets immediate attention & new sheets put on very quickly! *If the fitted sheet has crinkles on it, they're prob dirty. That's from someone laying on them. (Just fyi I'm case they're not visibly dirty). Still giving 5* because of front desk addressing my concerns so quickly!

Needs better lighting especially if you are trying to do paperwork at the desk. Shower curtain needed to be changed and longer

Friendly staff Mold in shower, a/c not cooling properly

If you like the smell of skunk weed and mold this is your place. The whole property felt damp and smells musty. There was mold in the shower. The blanket on the bed and sheets were stained. Im really not sure if the sheets were changed. I just hope we didnt get bed bugs.

Need was super comfy. Price was budget friendly Breakfast could have had better selections; it was pretty much the same as most order hotels nearby in this price range. Sleep inn breakfast during my 2 weekday stay in may 2026:Cereal, yogurt, grits, oatmeal, bagels {with regular & strawberry cream cheese available!}, fresh fruit, toast, waffle including a sugar free syrup option, coffee, juice, boiled eggs, milk. Was still good, just could have been better. Also, it's an older hotel, but these owners have fixed it up pretty good! Just be aware of that, if you have any snoody ppl in your party lol. Still will def return& highly recommend!

I can't say nothing bad about it

Not as quiet or as dark sleeping space.
-
I asked for extra pillows while making my booking and the pillows were in the room! The entry way floor was really dirty
-
No hot options for breakfast like eggs, sausage, or bacon. Apple juice had stuff floating in it.
