Saw a couple roaches in the room that I didn’t like at all.

Ok

The shower curtain/liner had numerous dark spots and stains that appeared to be mold or mildew. There were also visible spots and debris around the bathroom area. The sofa in the room was visibly stained and appeared dirty as well. I understand that hotels experience normal wear and tear, but the condition of these items went beyond that. Cleanliness is one of the most important factors when choosing a hotel, and these conditions made me uncomfortable during my stay.

For the price and distance from everything ($135/night) not worth it. The staff was very nice and helpful which was the only good thing I can report. 2 of the 3 bath towels were stained, floors, tub and surfaces were dirty, remote felt like it was dipped in jam (sticky and clearly needed to be sanitized), black grease hand prints on the doors. Huge gap in the front door felt unsafe. Never staying there again.

Terrible! Bed sheets dirt, with hair big stains. Would not recommend to anyone. Would suit them for false advertising and for not maintaining the property clean to be considered a hotel

The pricing is the factor that made me decide to stay here on this trip. the hotel was full booked, which is great for them. the overnight stay was safe. My experiences with the front desk staff was great, they were professional, warm, and welcoming. The rooms/hotel are outdated (aged) which I believe is the reason for the lower pricing compared to other more updated hotels near UA. The door to this room shows evidence of being worn down /aged. I had a first floor room, right next to the front entrance, so it was not a fully quiet stay. The cleaning staff did not throughly clean the bathroom, (specifically the base of the toilet and the shower/tub had hair, a small area of dirt and an old Irish spring soap bottle in the top corner of the shower) which lead me to question the cleanliness of the entire room. Would I stay here again? Only if all other hotels were booked. I had a safe stay, so for that I am thankful.

Enjoyed our stay

The room’s AC is went on when we got there so it took a bit for it to cool down. The only other thing was the ice machine was broken but the Tide elephant in the front was really cool!

I did not stay at Sure Stay, the moment I walked up to the doors of the property I knew that I was not going to be able to stay. The rooms were terrible not clean well at all. There was a smell. The furniture was horrible.

Enter this unprofessional establishment at your own risk! I must warn you, it is NOT WORTH A PENNY.

From the outside, this looks like a small, nice enough hotel. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I knew I'd found a hidden gem. The pleasant smell was the first thing I noticed, followed quickly by the charming appearance of the lobby and the breakfast area. The front desk staff was the friendliest I've ever encountered. The cleaning staff were super friendly as well. My room was wonderful - king bed with a living room containing a sofa, coffee table, desk and chair. The hanging bedside lamps were a nice touch. The only negative about the room was the sliding barn-style door on the bathroom, which was an inch or so from the wall and allowed others in the room to see in (and experience any smells). I was staying alone, so this wasn't an issue for me. Overall, I enjoyed a wonderful night's sleep in a excellent hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The room was nice and clean and the AC worked great. The breakfast was solid .

Their cart is the weirdest one I have ever seen with a triangular shape. Also you have only carry luggage and a small carry on.
-
Location Property needs improvement in housekeeping. Room smelled like smoke, shower floor was black, and the sheets had stains. I was given a second room and it wasn’t much better than the first one.
-
Nothing Blood stains all over the couch and matress
-
Wonderful, polite staff
