Great place in the center of Torino , walking distance to museums and royal palaces

Good location
-
The apartment was very clean and comfortable, only there was some construction in the vicinity so morning was a little bit noisy. overall a good option. The parking facility is very convenient in ZTL area. Very close to Mole Antoneliana and convenient restaurants available walking distance. the apartment is very modern and comfortable, but the view from the balcony is toward very old buildings.

The check-in was very clear and I arrived after hours so they made it very easy for me. Very clean and nicely decorated room. I only stayed one night so it was fine!

Nice location, a bit difficult to find
-
Comfortable beds and beautiful materials. Nice big bathroom.

Improvement: Reservavation: I searched and booked for 2 adults. The hotel exptected 3 of us! Strange.

Good location, super clean, great view, nice staff.

The hotel team was so nice! They went out of their way to get a recipe from the hotel pastry chef for me. The location was an easy walk to most things in Central Turin.

The staff are nice and helpful, the place is spotless and the location excellent. I very rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel knew it had an issue with its hot-water pressure and pretended it was a local problem when I reported it. They eventually admitted it was a structural problem and gave me a partial refund for starting fours workdays under little or no hot water.

We spent 6 might here in Room 403. It's a large apartment-it had everything that we needed. The apartment was cleaned and towels refreshed every couple of days. The kitchen was well-equipped and coffee pods were supplied. The bed comfortable. The staff was very kind and we received a map of the city with suggestions of places to visit when we arrived. We appreciated the large kitchen table. The windows kept any noise from the streets. We loved the location with many diverse restaurants (Italian, Argentinean, Wine Bar, Pizza, Burger, Baked Potato, etc) right around the corner. Large Piazza San Carlos was nearby with lots of shopping options. It's very near public transportation options - we took Bus 68 from the train station to the apartment. The apartment felt very secure. Late in our stay, we found the neighborhood where their "sister" hotel (35 Opera) is located. It's very nice with many shops and places to go for an aperitivo. It's sparsely furnished and likely for a reason. A coffee table would have been nice but not essential.

Large apartment with good facilities - comfortable and clean. Location perfect for accessing key parts of Turin. Very helpful and charming staff who kept us informed of our arrival and organised parking and booking of restaurants.

Large family room, fully equipped NA

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Large rooms. Very clean and well-maintained. Walking distance to most attractions in Turin. We stayed in the fifth floor which was the top most floor. The room had slanted roofs and sun windows. One night, it started raining and the sound of the rain was very loud. We all woke up from our sleep. Something to keep in mind if you are given the top most floor.
-
Big room Out of the way location; no staff much of the time; air conditioning that didn't always work; broken lights; sink that didn't drain.
-
The room was clean and of generous size. The shower was on the small side and the bed was kind of hard. No tissues just toilet paper. The AC could not be adjusted below 18c. But staff did bring us in a fan which worked very well to keep us comfortable.
