I enjoyed the amazing support of the Breakfast and Bistro team Max, Danielle and Raquel. The Breakfast was buffet was excellent. The reception team were supportive. Due to an oversite I was not told there was a roof garden a bar and jacuzzi on checking in found out a week into my stay, Not much with weather in 34-36 degrees we had a few hours in 2 days where the grid was down for short period. Maybe a future consideration of a generator for the hotel.

Breakfast was simply amazing. Maybe the best breakfast of the trip. We didn't know anything about the area and had forgotten to book parking. We were able to find street parking easily and walked everywhere.

The location was next to the train station, perfect if you plan to go to Milan or somewhere close by. Also quite close to Via Roma. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and they kept our luggages even after check out. The room was clean, warm and had everything inside. The body wash was empty, but other than that all was great. The breakfast was good, it would have been nicer, if food was warm.

The location was perfect as in the area there are many good restaurants, furthermore is not far from any city area. What I found exceptional was the support given by Diego, a staff member. He did really a good job. The breakfast was very good and offered lots of choices. They gave us an upgrade on the room which was really appreciated! What can improve: we rented some bikes and they were really dusty...if you offer such a service you should make sure to clean them and have them regularly checked.

The location is convenient - within proximity to the train station and city center. The property is clean and well maintained, the personnel is friendly and helpful. We were offered a room on the first floor , so it was a bit noisy.

Very nice and superbly helpful stuff! Some of them went a mile to help. Very comfortable lounge area and map of the city on the wall was really nice touch! Spacious rooms and our was a superior one so great bathroom and separate shower area. Good breakfast but very busy on last two days. Close to metro and tram line 16 which is a gem! Very soft beds. Not very nice area from Placa Nova to two blocks north from the hotel but we found way around it. It is still up and coming area
