We stayed with the team at B&B Da Lisa for 3 nights and have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The location is great with less than 5 minutes walk from Torino P.N station and the whole city at its doorstep, largely all accessible by walking. Costantino made us feel so welcome upon arrival, we had a horrendous day of travelling with cancellations, delays and missed trains on one of the busiest transport days of the year and he was so patient, kind and accommodating and eased our anxieties immediately. We were shown to a big, bright and cosy room with more than enough amenities than one could need, and the pillows were SO comfortable. The service here is definitely the star of the show, everyone we encountered were so friendly and smiley and couldn’t do enough to help and make you feel welcome. There is a lovely quiet bar and restaurant accompanying the accommodation and we had great drinks served here and enjoyed trying some of the local liqueurs during our time. Torino is a beautiful, friendly place and when I return in future I would happily stay in B&B Da Lisa again. N/a

Location and clean Smelled of smoke Damp feeling Bathroom smelled and too small Door window facing a passageway and not secure enough
-
Location Small bathroom. Colazione only from 8:00-9:00

Was beautiful and clean Everything was well

Very close to the train station, not far from the city centre - 15-20 min on foot, very nice host who speaks english and quickly responds any messages. I would change the curtain in the bathroom to glass door or something other.

If you are on a budget it’s a good location close to main station but in a nice street. Room basic but clean white sheets comfy bed. Great value with breakfast. Family run lace also have a restaurant which was also excellent value would recommend Bathroom a bit tired but had clean towels and hot water

The mold smell in the room was quite strong. At least we could open the window and use the fan to blow it out a bit, but it was a bit too intense. The breakfast is typical Italian, so just coffee, a croissant and juice, which wasn’t enough for me personally. The front desk isn’t open for long, so if you want to drop your bags off you have to be up on time.

Great place to stay! Awesome hospitality, near restaurants, parks, and transportation!
-
Great location and polite staff The vents in the bathroom were taped shut, which made the room very humid all the time. Extremely small bathroom.

Everything was good.

Good Italian breakfast. Decent value for money. Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom facilities were adequate but basic. The toilet seat was loose and it was hard to arrange the shower curtain to shower without flooding the bathroom.
