Spent one night before heading to Bacalar

The bed was so comfortable!! I really had 2 nights of deep sleep as soon as I lay down on the bed. Definitely the pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the room is, great illumination and it is very well equipped. Mr Cesar ( the front desk attendant) was super nice and kind. Location is great, very near good restaurants and bars. Easy to access the local bus transportation towards the beach. Honestly nothing I didn't like. The only thing I would point out is that there's some noise from the bars around the site but personally I was not annoyed by it. If you are a light sleeper I might recommend choosing a room facing the inner patio on this hotel. The price and location is worth it.

We highly recommend Hotel Boutique Murana Tulum to anyone looking for an excellent price-to-quality ratio in a prime central location. We booked well in advance and were delighted to secure a great discount. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel’s facilities were equally well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. A special shout-out to the incredibly welcoming and attentive staff, especially Tere and Cesar, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their genuine hospitality and helpfulness truly set this place apart. Being situated on the main avenue, the hotel offers unbeatable convenience for accessing local attractions, restaurants, and shops. While there is some noise at night due to its central location, it didn’t bother us at all, and we slept very comfortably.

Everything Just a bit noise at night as there is a club right in front which plays music until very late at night that you can hear from your bed.

Location was close to the main road and amenities. Friendly staff, big room and nice and clean. Very noisy at night due to local bars. No drinking water available in the hotel at all, even to buy. No shampoo or shower gel.

The location is great and makes the whole city walkable. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. The bed was one of the best I'd slept in in a while. The staff was friendly and helpful and let us store our bags after check out. There's a small shared kitchen with water and a fridge/freezer, which was extremely convenient for us. Overall, the experience felt more than worth the price and we had a delightful stay. I would highly recommend it! There is a nightclub across the street (the price you pay for a convenient location in Tulum!) and the rooms are not the most soundproofed, so it was a little loud at night. It wasn't unbearable though, and we were both able to sleep just fine! Additionally, while the shower had great water pressure, it didn't always have hot water.
