Smells like cheap hotel

It is in a popular area and the location to stores/restaurants is the best you can find.

Noisy staff at anytime , they send me a message cancelling my booking almost midnight telling there was a mistake of booking then I get to the place and I have the reservation . Place really scary , small and y useful curtains so never gets really dark to sleep.

Location. Bathrooms awful. No bedsheet.

The location is nice, directly on the busy main street. To the beaches it is far. Breakfast not included and no cooking facilities. You stay in a room with uncomfortable beds and without curtains. I can not recommend.

The location was good No curtain, street lights shining in, noisy from the street, very basic

Location is great. Right outside a colectivo station. The Wi-Fi never worked, and the bathrooms are disgusting. They ripped off my bed sheets and moved all of my things before it was even checkout with stuff I had in the locker and bed.

No kitchen, bathrooms & showers were real bad, clientele made of local workers..so I felt bit alone

nice room with aircon. very bad WiFi. no WiFi on rooftop. rooftop area very bad condition. no community. mo kitchen. no lock to the hostel or rooms. not that clean in bathrooms. bikes didn’t work so couldnt rent the second day.

nothing bunk beds have bedbugs, & the sheets have holes & stains on them. the male staff at night came in the room 5x from 2-6am & shaking my bed saying I was in room bed which I wasn’t & talking loudly then the 2nd night he kept turning the aircon off & room got so hot we asked to turn on then he pressed every button til it broken. so no sleep again! so I advice you that this is the worst option in tulum if you want to get any sleep

The location! Just a short walk from the Ado Bus station in the center of Tulum. Bicycle rental on location. Also a rooftop terrace. Lockers available. Awesome, helpful and friendly staff; only managers speak English. The building is old and ran down. Tiny communal bathroom with just 2 showers and toilets. Shower curtains were falling apart and showers itself wasn’t clean. Dorm beds don not have private outlets and/or lights. No kitchen. Rooftop terrace is unkept and abandoned. Had to hunt for the light switch!

Great location downtown. First I got a bed in a 12 bed room and there were only guy. The bed was under the AC. I could not sleep there so I changed for the bed in 8 bed room a bit more expensive but much better. There is no place to out your stuff, no kitchen. The showers are quite uncomfortable. They should consider dividing dorms into men and women dorms and also to crate a kitchen. Like this it is ok for one night but not more

Exceptional

Nothing Staff enters rooms at 1 am when everyone is sleeping and starts waking people up and being loud. No kitchen. Wifi never works. Dirty.

the personal used their own dorm.to make a nice buck , lovely atmo as they came in out their iwn room&depo. all is forgiven as hostels share premises with massage parlour& guests get serious discounts. all good when ends in final feliz the sheets are see thrugh&ripped up, theres someone about to puke in bed above, someone plays with lights on hallway, you cant miss that early bus.
