"The hotel is located near the bus station – it is a 5-minute walk away. The hotel room is very clean and well-equipped. The staff were very nice and provided me with tour guide information. Everything was great."

Well-maintained, bright & airy, colorful with lots of greenery; we were greeted by the absolutely delightful Marie, who welcomed all our questions very enthusiastically and thoroughly. Very likely the most helpful person we met during our adventures; a great asset and ambassador!

Close to ADO bus station, super clean, roomy. My wife didn’t like the bit of sewer off-gassing but it reminded me of home.

Great value for the money. Clean and comfortable. Nice pool. Fitness room was small but well equipped. Very friendly staff. A young guy at the reception helped us print some bus ticket which was much appreciated.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and the whole place was very clean. The location is great for those who need to be close to the bus station. The mattresses felt a bit old, we woke up a bit achy but as expected for the price. Wouldn't mention it if I hadn't been prompted about what I didn't like. There aren't any drawers and there weren't batteries in the safe, but I'm sure we would have been given batteries for the safe if we had asked for them.

Hidden gem. Spotless and nice rooftop pool. We had a balcony room and enjoyed watching the action below. Was not bothered by street noise at night. Very convenient to the ADO station.

Staff were lovely , very kind and helpful , such a lovely , immaculately clean place to stay , pool was also lovely and clean . Slept really well as quiet at night , good location for bus stop and town , lots of restaurants and shops close by . Collectivo minibus stop to the beach opposite . Booked a very good tour to Chi Chen Itzá through the hotel . Excellent place to stay . Nothing

Super helpful staff; room was cleaned every day; there is small pool and gym on the top floor. Room was quiet. its 15 min walk from all places where you want to be; a bit pricey but we need to remember it's Tulum so everything is expensive there.

Very good location if you want go to Zamna or other locations and not pay fortune to taxis. Near buss station ADO and near collectivo stop.
