They are asking for €3 to rent a towel for the swimming pool. They should include that in the price. It is kinda hard to get there if you don't have a car. taxi is twenty one euro and the bus, even it has a schedule, it comes whenever it wants.

Klea was an incredibly kind and accommodating host. She patiently waited for us to check in until midnight, which made our arrival stress-free and warmly welcomed. Friendly staff

Couldn’t have asked for a better welcome and treatment from owner, Klea, and staff member, Raf. I felt cared for the entire time I was there. They also have a nice big pool and a friendly dog named Blu. Great people, good location, excellent value! It was nice to have a kitchen, but I would have loved to have had a space to eat breakfast with other guests.

I liked that the kitchen was fully equipped. Having extra goods for sale was also convenient for us and we didn't have to drive just to get a beer or a juice. There was no warm water in the shower. We wanted to complain to the host but it was too late at night when we realized the issue. That was really disappointing to us, considering that the cost of the overnight was on the hefty side.

Great for a group holiday No flexibility on check in times and we were late to our food tour as a result.

It’s a beautiful house and great for a getaway There was no flexibility on the check in times, I tried to ask if we could arrive earlier as we had a food tour to get to but they said no which is very odd considering it would appear they live on site so we were late as a result.

Swimming pool very nice. Hosts super nice. Always brings snacks and water for free. Room service comes every day. Super nice. Room was not in the main house. I had to walk trough the street to get to my room. It was shared kitchen. But its my fault i havent research it.

Quiet spot in the countryside with a helpful hostess, nice pool and lovely dog. Grocery shop and some restaurants are not to far away by car :) Pool is not busy at all We didn’t know beforehand that we would have a room outside the gate, but that could be something I missed

The host was very nice, welcoming and helpful. An extra bonus were the host's super-cute dog "Blu".

It’s away from city center, is better to arrive by car or own transport! If you want to enjoy of nature and relax there, this is the hotel

We needed a place to stay for one night & happy we chose this. Very responsive hosts. We made arrangements to have a driver at airport from her recommendations. Loved have the coffee set up with snacks. Super comfortable bed. We met hostess, Iladia (?), in the morning & she was just so gracious & lovely. Wonderful conversations & recommendations for lunch in Bologna before our train to Venice. Truly a wonderful memory of our short visit together. Slightly confused about where to go after finding key. It was late & we were exhausted.

Great place! Perfect location if traveling by car from the airport. Lovely pool, friendly and helpful host, comfy rooms and beds, nice selection of free bits for breakfast.

Everything. It’s beautifully decorated and home from home. Such a relaxing atmosphere and the host is super friendly and inviting. This was a perfect unwind location for a couple of days prior to taking a flight at Bologna airport. Thank you so much for having us and good luck with the adorable Blue. Nothing it was beautiful.

The countryside location was nice, still close to the city. Good parking facilities. Bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was fine and well equipped, but the coffee-maker leaked water and eventually stopped working. The (female) host and handyman were very nice and helpful. Quite a bit of traffic noise even with closed windows. Regrettably, my first experience with the (male) host was him lashing out at my daughter-in-law shouting: “I am the owner of a house not a circus”, followed by more threatening outbursts. Her ‘crime’ was moving a free-standing sofa 1 meter to prevent her toddler falling down an uncarpeted stone staircase. Camera room surveillance! No prior warning, and always on judged by red lights upon motion in our bedrooms, even in the dark.
