Heather is an angel! She was so amazing! The only issue we had was the tub not draining properly during a shower.

Beds AWSOME too.. Mgr Nick and Bartender Tamara Went above and Beyond. Will go back. Thx Guys, Tina

Absolutely loved our stay at Bilmar. Our room was very clean, very comfy bed/pillows, the staff were all beyond amazing! From the resort staff, to waves bar, to Sloppy Joes on the beach, everyone made a huge impact on our stay. We can't wait to return. Renee & Mike at Sloppys were our 2 favorites and Luis at Waves. The pool guy at the resort was so fun, always interacted with us any time he saw us!!! Truly an amazing resort and we will definitely be back!!!!!

Everything was good except the elevator was very dirty and wall paper inside one elevator was partially torn off. On 4th floor (floor I stayed on), the outside frame of one of the elevators had a dried splash stain of a drink on it. Looked like it had been there for sometime and was not cleaned.

The view of the sea from the room was great; the beach is 500 meters from the hotel, and the sunset is stunning.

The Bilmar is wonderful! We've stayed before and really can't think of any other place we'd like to go back to more than this hotel! The staff is lovely. the rooms are clean and comfortable. The balcony is the BEST! It's just a perfect time to enjoy the beach, sunset and long walks. We love it there and can't wait to get back.

Poolside room is really small and really loud. The air conditioner is also sooooo loud.

Fantastic get away like we all needed from th hustle and bustle of Atlanta. We will definitely stay again.

Upon our arrival, we upgraded our room to a King, waterfront with balcony. The room was large and very nicely appointed. The kitchenette featured a full size fridge, small glass cooktop, dishes, utensils, etc. There is a hightop bar counter that seats 4. The bed was so very comfortable. The beach is clean, flat and beautiful and easily accessible. The hotel has 2 pools. The amenities are $40 per day and include beach/pool towels, bicycles, sand chairs for the beach as well as many other items. Sloppy Joes is attached to the hotel offering breakfast, lunch, happy hour & dinner daily. Everyone we dealt with during our stay was friendly and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with our visit to the Bilmar at Treasure Island.

Disgusting room. Spiders. Not as advertised. Pictures are misleading, as was description online. So disappointing

No vending machines but the staff is superb. Everything was clean and super well maintained. I heard a group of people checking out and they said they had more fun than a barrel of monkeys! We will definitely be back.
