Treasure Island Hotel and Marina

We stayed one night and in the morning all our clothes felt damp. The AC was set at 74 F so after reporting the priblem to the managent as we checked out the receptionist didnt show any interest.

Thr entire hallway Smelt like mold

loved the location and hotel was very clean. However our air conditioner leaked and if we did not keep the control at 69 degrees water condensation was all over the floor. No fan in bathroom so mirror was foggy most of the time. Insufficient lighting in room.

The rooms were decent. Sheets and towels seems clean. It’s an old building and it shows. Hallways were gross. There were cigarette butts on the floor and housekeeping walked past them several times without picking them up. It was fine but I wont stay again

Nice place for the money...

Very clean. Beautiful view of the marina. Weekends when a bit more busy hallways got a bit loud. Police were called to our floor once for being loud.

The property is in a great location and well appointed. HOWEVER we FROZE and there was no way to really control the AC. And if we tried to turn it down we ended up with so much condensation we had to mop the floor. DEHUMIDIFIERS would be a boon.

Great stay very buitiful and clean staff was very professional but ran out of beer at rooftop bar never restocked entire weekend but overall very satisfied love the location

Rooms were very clean and had a mini kitchenette. Was able to see the ocean from my balcony. Beach access was directly across the street. I appreciated that not only were the pet friendly they also had a section of the court yard for pets to go and even provided bags for clean up. I would definitely stay again.

Had to move rooms at 10:30pm after returning from a dip in the lukewarm hot tub because our balcony door on 1st floor would not lock. No working phone in any of the rooms to contact front desk, tv remote control didn’t work in 2nd room we were moved to and woke up to wet floors due to condensation. Strongly recommend they focus on maintaining the property, fix the hot tub and most importantly make the rooms safe to stay in including doors that lock.

Beautiful place to stay. Very quiet and relaxing!!! Convenient to get to the beach and other shops!!!

Property was very clean, the cleaning staff gets 10/10. When we checked in, room was very clean, fridge, microwave, floor & bathroom all clean. The pool/pool area were also very clean. Front desk helpful. Great location. Overall a great budget friendly place to stay. Will be returning again!

The property is an older beach property however it is very well maintained. Excellent location within walking distance of the beach, food etc. A short drive to Johns Pass Boardwalk. I believe there is a trolly but we had a car so didn’t use. Rooms had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee area. It also had a table and chairs for dining. Beds were comfy and the Ac was ice cold. Balcony over looked the pool and ocean. Pool area had lounging chairs as well as an undercover area with picnics tables and a grill. Staff was exceptional. Rob at the front desk was so nice and very helpful. He made sure our family traveling together but arriving at different times got rooms together. The staff was always cleaning and mopping the hallways to keep them clear of water and sand. We did not have a pet but they are pet friendly. Highly recommend a stay here and we can’t wait to come back!

Not too far from the beach a Waffle House right beside it!!! 2nd floor smelled of mold as soon as you come off the elevator

The view is nice face to the boats for the deep sea fishing beautiful the hot tub is nice and a little walk to the ocean the room is clean. I would go again
