You can hear noise from people walking in the corridor So if you are light sleeper this is not your hotel

The staff were exceptionally good, Saiyid helped us with changing foreign currency. They gave us Box Breakfast on days when we had a early start. Toiletries were replenished every day. The front desk staff were all excellent and helpful. TV in neither room worked the entire 6 days stay. The first day the rooms were extremely hot but they fixed it by the time we got back, From day two the temperature in room was controllable to our liking. The security was not the best...people could easily get to your floor. Wish the Elevators had card access that limited guest to floors they stay and restaurant floors.

Great location, walking distance to all the attractions, very close to the airport. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was delicious. Definitely will stay again once back in Tashkent.

The Tower Hotel Tashkent has a great location and is very clean. The staff were polite, helpful, and ensured daily room cleaning, which we appreciated. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay—very good and fresh. There was a chef available to prepare dishes right away, which added a personal touch to the experience. Our stay was not without issues. First, the room was cold, and despite our request to change rooms, the staff declined. They promised to fix the air conditioning, but the first night was uncomfortable due to the cold. The next day, after we expressed our dissatisfaction, they provided an additional heating device, which helped. Second, we faced an issue with the spa. We requested the spa to be prepared for 8 PM, but when we arrived, it was still cold. Unfortunately, there was no phone in the spa to call the reception and address the issue, so we waited for half an hour with no improvement. This was quite disappointing, and we do not recommend using the spa facilities. While the hotel has some good points, these issues left us feeling that improvements are needed in their service.

I was travelling for a business trip and fast check-in and check-out were very helpful to save time. The hotel staff is very kind and assists guests with any request. Close location to the Airport. If you stay in the rooms on the upper floors you may be disturbed by the loud music coming from the Pub on floor #12. The elevator's capacity is low and you may experience that you need to wait long to move to your floor and back. The fitness room is small and does not have so many facilities/equipment.

New renovation, polite staff There were a lot of Indian guests and it was very noisy day and night. It was uncomfortable during the nights with the loud talks in the rooms and in the corridor. It has a little to do with the property

Booked a room for triple occupancy and it is spacious and clean. Staffs are hospitable and helpful. They will try their best to accommodate your requests. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Nice hotel, with amazing room and quality breakfast (if we consider the stander in Uzbekistan). The price is a bit over rated in comparison with the service provided. The gym is so so.. only one bench and a set of dumbbell nothing else besides two tapis. But the main aspect abut what the must work in the care of guests.. our room suppose to be ready at 14.00 but at 18.00 still wasn’t because the previous receptionist didn’t notice our arrival, but still if a room is reserved, HAS TO BE READY AT THE TIME SCHEDULED. They offer us a 40% discount because we got the room at 19.00
