Location is great. Everything is within a walking distance. The 4 beds room on the second floor is huge. 1. The water pressure in the shower is too low. You can’t take a proper shower. 2. Our group of 6 stayed there for 2 nights and the first night we were told that the swimming pool was closed due to cleaning procedures. The next day we planned to go to the swimming pool, however we were told that it will be opened at 6pm because they had to do cleaning procedures. We asked why it was closed again, and they said that it was open yesterday and that other people were swimming there, even though we hadn’t seen anyone that day of our arrival. 3. We had the breakfast included which was open until 10am. We went there at 9:20am and everything was gone. The options we got - boiled eggs, veggies, hard dried up dessert, and unflavored coffee. Left hungry. 4. The staff was passive aggressive in some moments. E.g. in regards of swimming pool. 5. No fridge in the rooms. But allowed to keep your drinks and food in the fridge by the reception.

At check-in, staff said he didnt want to accept card payment as it was the end of the month and that would interfere with their finances. So i said he could have informed me since we were in touch via whatsapp days before my arrival and could have been ready with cash in my hands. He said that I SHOULD HAVE ASKED. So you better learn how to read peoples mind before your arrival. Also, this was the only place we stayed that added extra fees to the original price, so we ended up paying nearly half of the price of the stay in extra fees. Not good value for money.

Superb

I liked the crystal clear bathtub and towels, the bedlinen, everything was very well take care of. Sanjar as the host is an excellent person and took care of our request for shuttle and without us even asking for it, prepared lunchboxes for our early morning flight. The location of the hotel is also perfect, with several grocery shops and restaurants around. We enjoyed every bit of our stay at this place, not the first time already.

The staff behaviour is superb and helpful. We have a very happy stay here.

I cannot deny the bed is completely comfortable,,,I slept very well for two nights Except the toilet is not inside my room,,,I used to shower twice outside and it’s a hassle for a lady to come out and back,,,plus the water pressure is weak

We love all the receptionist, just did not got the chance to take names. Breakfast is fine but we expect more fruits. If there will be videt on washrooms then its perfect!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making me feel truly welcome. The facilities were excellent, well-maintained, and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The location was perfect. Overall, great value for money—I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

The staffs are helpful which they helped ladies to bring luggage up to first floor. The room quadruple room are spacious. Suggestion - as the hotel accommodates many single rooms and double rooms, so the cafeteria should have more single seats or bartop or two seats tables allowing these people sits without occupied family table leaving seats on same table empty while others (come in 3/4 people or family) standing and wait for tables. Aside the insufficient seats, the foods are also not timely add on leaving us wrong impression there is no enough foods for breakfast (we went down at 815am but the food was empty and breakfast started at 8am). We also see family greedily took extra foods and unfinished them and bring to kitchen for dispose. Therefore gentle reminder should be given and monitor to avoid food wastage.

Staff was nice and spoke English well enough. Very noisy in the hotel especially late at night and early morning. Stale bread in breakfast room, but other food as well. The beds were very hard and heavily used. They were not very comfortable.

I am staying at this hotel 2 nd time. I really enjoyed staying at this property as it was very clean, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Thanks to Sanjar for helping me during my stay. I truly recommend to stay here as for this money it’s totally worth it. The building is good, furniture is new, not like in other home-hotels , so far best from all I visited. One of my favs now. Easy to travel or take yandex as it’s not so far from main places like Magic city, SeoulMun. Thanks guy for Uzbek welcoming ❤️ my fam and me enjoyed the stay

Nice staff The beds are not comfortable and too hard. Guests were making lots of noise late at night and woke us up twice. We were tired in the morning.
