A comfortable stay at Mercure Tashkent with friendly and welcoming staff. A special mention for Jakhongir and Diyora at the front desk who were particularly helpful and pleasant.. The restaurant and breakfast were good. Rooms were excellent. Could not explore the hotel facilities fully due to time constraints — though they appeared well kept. We did experience a delayed check-in due to a registration compliance issue from an earlier hotel on our itinerary. Jakhongir handled this professionally and efficiently — following up directly with the earlier hotel management to get the matter resolved and cleared. His persistence in sorting this out in the middle of the night is commendable and greatly appreciated.
