Great location, close to bus stop. Very clean, modern rooms. They allowed early check-in when we arrived early by night train. Breakfast looked good but was not as tasty compared to other places we have visted in Uzbekistan. The wellness facilities were not as expected: swimming pool was not clean and sauna took about an hour to warm up (there is a need to inform reception upfront).

We stayed 2nd time already. Sevinch was very helpful. We checked in late and were even upgraded to a bigger family room. Very good breakfast and welcoming staff.

Very close to the airport and train station, the staff was lovely and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Plus the breakfast was delicious!

The room and bathroom were clean and a good size, and the location was very convenient between the main railway station and the airport.. Although the breakfast selection was quite extensive, the quality was only mediocre, and the cherries were overripe. The staff were also somewhat reluctant to help with small traveler needs. The hospitality and attitude could use some improvement.

Unfortunately the breakfast was a disappointment (for vegetarians who dont eat egg) despite emailing them in advance our dietary requirements and we were promised that there would be plenty of options... which there werent. after constantly reminding the head waiter 2-3 times... then we were finally served a portion of sauteed vegetables and rice each.

This is a nice hotel and the rooms are somewhat new and the bathroom was nice. The fitness center/gym was very small and didn't have much equipment. The staff was very accommodating. This hotel is located close to the airport which is nice for a long layover.

Very clean, near the airport and nice staff. Has a elevator. The pillow were awful. Too big and didn’t compress so they hurt my neck and the bed was a bit soft. Also, the sheets weren’t the correct size for the bed and the blanket was for a small size bed so we had to use two. That being said, it was still a pretty good room, very clean and has an elevator.
