Its location is good. It’s right opposite Shinagawa station. ✅ It’s clean ✅ I booked the hotel a few weeks in advance on booking.com and ended up paying more than $400 USD per night. But on the day I checked in, booking.com and other travel sites showed the price in the range of $200-$250 range. And the hotel refused to reduce my daily rate ☹️ The hotel room was clean but it was extremely small and I felt that I did not get $400 worth of value per day from my stay here

The hotel was kind of buried behind other buildings. Twice we took a taxi back to the hotel. One guy drove in a giant circle trying to get to the hotel which ended up costing us an additional $200 yen.

Great hotel for first night in Tokyo.. we booked at this location so we could be next to the Shinkansen station. The hotel exceeded expectations and we wished we had more time. The breakfast and food court, bowling alley, shops.. so much to do and a 7 eleven on site.

No ventilation in the bathroom. There was no outlet near one of the beds. Pillows not comfortable. TV is little somewhere in the corner

Room was small but expected in Japan. The bathroom was very tight and didn't have good ventilation.

Sometimes the noise was annoying - it sounded like a bed was moved via an elevator at night.

The entrance was beautiful but the hallway and bedroom didn’t match. The bathroom was a little dated. It felt like the rooms at the casino. Needed a little improvement and the stores in the hotel wished was open a little later.

Very confusing to find your way in and out of the hotel. Difficult that there are two different hotel receptions, in completely different parts of the building complex, depending on whether you are staying at the main building or the annex.
