Breakfast was great and cleaned

Checked in and was given a room with no air conditioning. Only a portable unit. Room was still 85 degrees at 11 pm. No other rooms available at the hotel nor anywhere else in Temecula. Was given refund but doesn’t make up for having to spend the night in a room that was too hot to sleep. Terrible night for my family. Hotel should never be trying to rent out a room like this to guests on 100 degree days. Do better Embassy Suites!

Great stay would book again

Rooms needs updating. My room was by the main lobby. Noise level was loud from 9pm-midnight and then 5-10am. The beds were not comfortable. Overall it had all the basic amenities.

Breakfast was good.

Staff was friendly and amazing. This particular hotel very run down. Needs a lot of TLC, fixing, updates, new paint, new carpet and working equipment meaning AC units. Just needs an overhaul. Bad hotel for the Hilton and Embassy Suite line. Sad. Not work $300 a night

Kind of depressing. A part of the rug between the entrance room and bedroom was wet. The shower head had very poor water pressure. The furniture in the room was very old and in poor condition. We will not be returning here. It was sad. We expected something nice , being a hilton. WRONG! Also the coffee that is served here was folgers. Really?

The stay was overall pleasant. The breakfast was good but not as great as other Embassy Suites I stayed in. The room was spacious and very clean though the shampoo and conditioner were empty when I arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful. Having said this, the interior of the premises was run down. Scuff marks everywhere, wallpaper peeling and the single elevator was out of order during the entire stay. Very disappointed compared to many other ES stays I enjoyed.

AC Not working for two days never got below 71 Late Checkouts not confirmed twice Quiet Room that was nice....

I booked a two night stay. On the first night the air conditioning broke for one entire building on the property. We were told they were in process of repair the next day and then were told it was repaired. We had to stay out of the room the entire next day due to it being 85 in the room. The air conditioning was still not working. I was directed to walk to five different rooms trying to find a cooler room which none of them were. I had to end up leaving the hotel and go stay somewhere else since the hotel decided to check in all the new arriving customers into cooler rooms and attempted to keep the existing customers in hot rooms. It was not handled properly.

Arrived at checking time and the system went down so I wasn’t able to check in. Didn’t received my room till 6:30 pm

Front desk staff - esp. Leyla were very welcoming and helpful

Very disappointing stay. We booked a two-night stay in a high-priced suite and expected a clean, comfortable room. Unfortunately, that was not the experience at all. The bathtub had hair in it, the floor was dirty, and the bed looked like it had barely been made and was not clean or inviting. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. We expected much better and definitely won’t be rushing back.

The lady on front desk was rude. And the AC doesn't work I had a bad night with weather.
-
The elevator was broken, and we were on the bottom level, making it a trip & a half to get back to the front desk when we needed help. The vouchers we got for the elevator being broken for free drinks were only good til 7 pm, which we were not made aware of, so busted tickets unfortunately. Overall, good stay, just lame experience.
-
The worst breakfast and happy hour of any Embassy suites I have ever stayed at.
-
Throughout my stay I received text messages asking how my stay was which I appreciated. Only one concern and that was the bed was a bit hard but other than I enjoyed my stay.

Perfect location and all the amenities were great. Wonderful free breakfast and happy hour.
