We loved our king room with a coffee maker and even decaf coffee supplied; our balcony for slow mornings; the water supplied; the central yet quiet location; the elegant, but warm decor! Nothing

Good location, quiet street view, comfortable room, no fuss, good mattress and bathroom. Coffee is a nice bonus. Self check-in and check-out - very convenient! Nothing!

Everything was good

Excellent hospitality, clean and comfortable rooms, free-flowing drinking water, coffee and tea, hot showers, a peaceful neighborhood, and a convenient location close to the city center and all major attractions. Nothing ! Everything was perfect.

Exceptional hospitality, perfect stay, and the kindest host I’ve ever met Nothing

I arrived at 3am to no staff on site, which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. Self check-in was not workable in practice. I have a back injury and couldn’t carry luggage up the stairs. It took more than half an hour to get in, with zero assistance. The room had no heating in 6°C weather — the AC was blowing cold air upon arrival. After staff checked, I asked whether an upgrade could be considered, which was approved. The problems continued in the new room: still no proper heating, hot water taking 4 mins to come through, half-used toiletries, and a shower with no door, causing the entire bathroom to flood after use. Instead of resolving the issues, the hotel turned the situation around — falsely accusing me of “aggressive behavior,” pressuring me to cancel and deal off-platform, and threatening eviction when I insisted on staying within the platform. After finally settling in around 7:30am, I clearly asked not to be disturbed and said I would address everything after waking up. Despite this, staff came at 12:30pm to clear the room, even though I had 3 nights booked. The reservation was then unilaterally canceled by the hotel, followed by fabricated accusations (claiming I pressured staff and disturbed other guests at check-in). I asked for verification via security footage. Silence. Bad facilities are one thing. Intimidating a guest and rewriting the facts is another. I felt unsafe and unable to rest, and lost an entire day dealing with the situation.

That I didn’t stay longer.

I rarely write reviews, but this time I really want to share my experience.? My stay was absolutely beautiful. Everything was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable — I slept so well. The location is perfect: in the Old Town and within easy walking distance to the center.?? The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They arranged airport transfers for me both on arrival and departure with a very comfortable car, and they also helped me organize a trip to the mountains. Communication via WhatsApp was very convenient — they answered all my questions quickly and clearly.❤️‍?❤️‍?❤️‍? In the lobby, there is a filtered water machine as well as coffee and tea available anytime, which was very nice and practical. I highly recommend this hotel — 10/10. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hotel does not offer breakfast, but that was not a problem at all — I found a nearby café with very tasty breakfast and lunch options within a short walk.

Very clean

First of all, the hotel is located in a great area, with many attractions within walking distance. It’s a cozy hotel with only 9 rooms — we got a spacious room with a balcony, which was perfect for enjoying coffee and wine in the evenings. We also really liked the breakfasts — everything was excellent.

The hotel is very close to the dry market, and a 15 minute walk to the Rustaveli ave. The staff was very friendly. /

The room is neatly furnished, location is amazing, and the breakfast had a lot of interesting savoury options. Beds are comfortable and the linens are supersoft. We were told that we cannot enter after 2am (after going out), however the additional key was provided after expressing our concern.
