Royal Inn

The location here is outstanding, right off the western end of the pedestrian Aghmashenebeli, near Saarbrucken Square, with a lively street life full of restaurants, cultural venues and easy access to the best of Tbilisi but just enough off the Main Street to be quiet at night. Staff, especially Archil and Bingo were very pleasant and helpful and helped me organize transportation, laundry, etc. Rooms are small but well-designed with high ceilings and good lighting. Very good value for a modest price. Breakfast was plentiful, not bad but not great. Only instant coffee was included - if you wanted real coffee there was a charge. If they’d kick this one thing up a notch, I’d call it a 10.

Close to the city center (1-1,5 km), also close to a lot of restaurants and bars ( there's a former factory, 500m from hotel, that is now converted in a amazing place with a lot of bars)

Location and ambiance of the property are nice i would say not in a cafeteria of 4 star hotel i would say 3-star max i would rate this Proparty Morning breakfast was less options coffee is paid ret food not that great ... I would say better not booked ur room including breakfast in 25 30 Lari you can eat good breakfast from outside... Also i asked from room upgreat which was free but it did not upgraded also tv was not working old school tv is installed over there which not working properly towel and bathroom accessories are not of great Qulity staff members was good to talk but thy did not do anything after beend told .. Bingo was a nice guy but might not be able to helpfull..

There were several issues: bathroom was very cold, which was uncomfortable during the cold weather. Room (even on 3rd floor) smelled like food from the kitchen. Breakfast was quite poor and lacked variety

A very beautiful hotel with an excellent location, close to all halal restaurants and cafés. Another important point is that the bathrooms are equipped with a bidet (shattaf). The reception staff are extremely polite and professional. When we first arrived, our room had an unpleasant smell, so we informed the staff and they immediately gave us a new room that was clean and had a balcony

The staff is very kind and helpful! The rooms are clean, spacious and well supplied with refrigerators and true blackout drapes. The breakfast provided is very good. There is an elevator to access upper floors if you have mobility issues. The location is convenient. Nothing really.

The room temperature was too high

We booked a reservation for five people, and the room was prepared to only four people, the hotel wanted extra charge for additional bed, although we paid for five people. After five there were no staff in the hotel besides the frontdesk.

The hotel was clean and quiet The air-conditioning wasnot working and bar wasnot working and resturant wasnot working and when we asked about air-conditioning they said it will take 1 week to fix it and also smell of the toilet that its coming in the room
