Wow! This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, particularly within this price point. The room was spacious, incredibly clean, and featured gorgeous views from the wrap-around balcony. We really appreciated the tea set up, the mini-fridge, and the air conditioning as a respite from the sweltering Tbilisi heat. Breakfast was good. I loved the coffee and would highly recommend many of the featured salads. My son enjoyed the chess set up in the reception area and the swimming pool. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Everything was wonderful

1. A cozy café, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. 2. Delicious breakfast. Great selection. Every day of our seven-day stay, we were able to try different food from the buffet. Good coffee. 3. Here, you are loved for only one reason—because you are guests. The staff—who were all very pleasant people—were very friendly and attentive. All questions were answered, all requests were taken care of. 4. The hotel owner was a charismatic man who greeted guests every morning, making each breakfast time like a celebration. I can't think of anything I didn't like. Although, come to think of it... we would have liked to enjoy the room's lovely balcony, but it wasn't a balcony weather at the time of our stay, and else we didn't get a chance to swim in the beautiful pool, which was always open—we simply didn't have enough time.

Clean, modern, warm (it was winter) spacious (rooms really as big as they say), staff were great, breakfast was small buffet but nice ( the coffee was awesome) Great view from the balcony Area was nice, 2 minutes from cathedral, great coffee shop at top of the road and wonderful wine shop Nothing really, a little bit further from town than expected, maybe 15 minutes walk.

The only downside is the location: it is quite far from the city center and situated on elevated terrain, which makes walking around rather difficult and, at times, an unpleasant experience.

The room was very clean

Nothing When we reached the property, it was not as it was advertised. It was dark and dull and in an isolated place. We had come by rented car and it was extremely tough to Locate it. We immediately abandoned our booking and chose to stay somewhere else.

The room was very clean. Staffs are nice. Don't skip their breakfast. It was very good.
