We had a wonderful stay. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Communication with them was excellent from check-in to check-out. The hotel was spotlessly clean, exactly as expected, and the breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of fresh, delicious options. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Nothing

The room was a little dirty upon arrival, we waited a long time for hot water and then asked for more towels but were met with reluctance to provide them and after a few minutes they brought us the towels.

Location is kinda ok. Friendly stuff. Breakfast was served with mold on the food, terrace is closed and doesn’t mention it anywhere and I booked because of terrace, but worn rooms

Excellent location close to city center and Trinity Cathedral (see view from room). Quiet location. Front desk staff needs more training in customer service. When the room TV was not working, the front desk told me (at 2pm) to wait for evening shift to look at it after 6 pm. They fixed it when I objected. Room telephone was not working. Bottled water was not provided on second visit. Staff did not offer me breakfast box when I left at 615 am - first visit. At 2 pm on last day, I tried to book airport van (for a midnight departure) but there was no staff at front desk. I returned at 7 pm and was told I had to do it earlier in the day. They did make arrangements though. One should not feel nervous contacting a front desk. Note: Cleaning staff were excellent and helpful.

The Good - The free breakfast was generous, varied, and a wonderful way to start each morning. - After moving to an upper‑floor room, the experience improved dramatically. The new room offered a 360° panoramic view of the Holy Trinity Cathedral and the surrounding mountains. We were able to capture beautiful time‑lapses and videos, and even experienced one magical sunrise that made the entire trip unforgettable. - All the staff were warm, helpful, and professional. Not everyone speaks English—especially during the morning shifts—but everyone genuinely tried their best to assist us. The Not‑So‑Good - Initial Room: We stayed in our first room for 8 days, which was advertised as having mountain views. In reality, the view was mostly of neighboring houses, with the mountains only visible from the side. The room description could have been clearer. - Cleaning Issue: When we returned from a 3‑day trip to Bakuriani on Day 8, we found that our room had not been cleaned during our absence. We asked the staff on duty about it, and she immediately offered us an upper‑floor room—which turned out to be perfect for us. Overall Verdict Although the stay began with a slight rough start, the generous breakfast, friendly staff, and the excellent upper‑floor room made our trip truly memorable on the last 2 days. The upgraded room’s panoramic views and that one magical sunrise were highlights we will never forget. Tip for travelers: Request an upper‑floor room for the best experience. Our initial designated room day 1 to 8 but day 8 to day 10 experience on the upper room was amazing

Thin walls, so u can hear your neighbor

Very clean, nice breakfast
-
No shower curtain. All the water splash all over the bathroom. No channels for English or Hebrew speaker so not relevant. The breakfast was not enough devrsction and felt a bit on the cheep side.
-
Its accesible to all, our hotel around the city None, we like all
-
Winter ice makes it hard to get to. Beds are terribly uncomfortable.
-
No hygiene spray in bathroom

Spacious room, neat and clean for a short stay. Few things need fixing. Toilet seat was broken, the clock doesn't work, one of the bedrooms has no windows and a bit antiquated furniture. Breakfast is not good at all especially for people who are vegetarian. The options are also the same each day, cold and quite limited.

Breakfast was poor
-
Everything, except the Breakfast. Breakfast was wide but was too boring. Expected a lot of more hot food and different options everyday

The hotel crew made me cancel the stay on booking. They told that, if I dont cancel, they will put me as "no show". They forced me to cancel, and they made me pay directly to the hotel at the reception.
