Not so many options in breakfast. There was a strange smell in the shower, and the water wasn't draining completely. Because of this, we couldn't take a shower. squeaky mattresses.

Value for money was incredible. View from the breakfast room was great. In a 'local' neighborhood so appealing to be out of tourist area, and taxis are super cheap to get sround. Enjoyed the view from mu balcony.

TV channel not more Arabic and english channels, more were Georgian languages. Street is noisy specially in night time. Supply of water was low specially we are 2 persons.

Dimitri at the front desk was extremely helpful and efficient. Everyone at the hotel was exceptionally helpful and courteous. We loved every minute of our stay there. The breakfast spread every day was delicious and fresh with local delicacies on the menu. The ladies who prepared it were the kind, generous and indulgent. They made sure we were well fed and always went out of their way to treat us to new local dishes. The gym is also well equipped and the location is exactly 7-8 min away from the metro. It’s close to all the supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. Thank you ZP for taking such good care of us and the next time we are back, we are only going to stay at your place. Sabah

The hotel was very clean and the room was quite large. It was very quiet and the staff was very accommodating. We came down for the last 30 minutes of breakfast and there wasn't much food left; they did not put out anything additional and there was no coffee left, so that was a bit disappointing. Other than that, it was an excellent stay.
