The staff were polite and kind. The rooms were cleaned daily and the location was close to public transportation. We were happy with our stay.

The breakfast had good quality and the waitresses always checked and filled the emptied plates. Their kitchen (preparing the breakfast) was very clean and organized. The staff were polite and helpful. Their boss also checked everything everyday. The best hotel in tbilisi for the money you pay.

Comfortable and cosy place, free parking. Near the metro station and to the center. There are many restaurants,coffee shops around and shops. Rooms are clean and cosy, very comfortable beds. Staff are very helpfull and kind. I enjoyed of staying in this hotel and next time i definitely will choose this place!

Very quiet and peaceful hotel which is located 3-5 minutes from the metro. There are many restaurants and shops around. The cleanliness is very good and the room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, hospitable and helpful. I enjoyed the variety of salads and delicious food at breakfast.

had a wonderful experience at the Gold Tbilisi Hotel. The breakfast was tasty and varied, and the rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and maintained at a very high level. The cleanliness throughout the hotel truly stood out. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always available with a smile. A special compliment goes to the hotel manager — a genuinely great person, very professional, attentive, and easy to communicate with. You can clearly feel that the hotel cares about giving guests the best possible experience. The location is convenient, close to stores and restaurants, and overall offers excellent value for money. I would definitely come back here on my next visit to Tbilisi. Highly recommended!

Everything was exceptional.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We were a large family and stayed in five different rooms-and every single one had issues. Leaking plumbing, missing bathroom doors, a broken treadmill, and worst of all-completely incompetent staff at the reception. The hotel employees clearly have no idea how to work with people and are unable to handle even the simplest situations. Allowing guests to stay in rooms with no bathroom doors and having only one key for the entire hotel is simply unacceptable. Breakfasts were very basic, and the salads were not fresh at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting even a basic level of service or respectful treatment.
