Private beach was far away

Thank you, team Hayat palace, and I will recommend this beautiful place to all my friends at Boston . Just need more activity for night with beautiful show like that the customers they don't have to go to night clubs.

Food at buffet Mattress are not comfortable

Everything was horrible. From the very start

We liked the location. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room where we stayed could benefit from a newer carpet. I think the previous guests must have destroyed it. Despite the cleaning, the stains still spoil the carpet.

The TV in room is not a smart tv.

The hotel has a good location, clean facilities, and comfortable rooms. The overall property is visually appealing and well maintained. Very disappointing experience. After my stay, I discovered that I had left clothing items in my room. I am certain they were left on the shelf where the safety box was located. I contacted the hotel several times to report the missing items, but I was repeatedly told that nothing had been found. What is most frustrating is the lack of communication and concern shown by the hotel. Despite multiple follow-ups from my side, I received no meaningful assistance, no proper investigation, and no effort to keep me updated. Losing personal belongings can happen anywhere, but how a hotel handles such situations reflects its professionalism and respect for its guests. Unfortunately, in my case, the response was inadequate and disappointing. I would advise future guests to keep a close eye on their belongings and not expect reliable support if an item goes missing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The room was okay, the pool was nice, breakfast was simple, and overall it was fine for a short stay. I had to wait 2 hours before getting into the room. There was no parasol during lunch, so we had to sit under the sun my wife and I and our 4 years-old child. There were no coffee capsules available, and the room cards kept stopping, so I had to go back to reception several times to reactivate them.

Location, pool, gym You have to book the restaurant for dinner but is all fully booked already when you check in

Perfect place if you want to really come and just relax. Facilities are high quality and clean. Staff are friendly and speak brilliant English. Food selection is good and the pool area is beautiful. They also offer complimentary shuttle services to agadir and to the beach. Very useful!

Nothing Everything

It was good -

We had a great stay. Rooms were spacious with a nice bed. Nice swimmingpool with good sunbeds. Very friendly friendly and helpful staff. We played golf for several days. The golf course is conveniently located next to the hotel. You need a car/taxi to go to other restaurants.

The hotel Is Amazing, it's not huge and is very cozy. The team working at the hotel is amazing!!

Everything was excellent. Room quality, facilities, service, and atmosphere. I contacted the hotel in advance asking for a romantic setup since this was a special trip with my wife, and they truly exceeded expectations. We were amazed by how beautiful the room was. The food was also outstanding, highly recommend the steak via room service. Nothing, everything was perfect.

The view and the property location ; room was clean Breakfast was below expectations; expecting to have better option and variety compared to other locations! With price paid the expectations were higher!!

Good location, nice lobby and nice view from the room. Beautiful garden, nice pool, great services, great breakfast, the room is also good. Good receptionists.
