Ants in the room & staff not taking accountability and we had a baby with us also . Was not Fairmont standard

The beach

The location is superb The hotel charge a very very high price and it is okay as long as you get the right service. The location is great and the staff is friendly but the hotel has very serious management problem. For example the sauna wa out of order , half of the gym equipment is either dysfunctional or dirty. I addition to get access to the spa facilities you need to book a treatment. You don’t see that in a 5 stars hotel. It is called blackmail specially if you pay 700 USD per night. The spa is nice but the staff wears very cheap and dirty sandals which goes back to again very poor management. We tried all restaurant the food is horribly expensive which again is fine if you get the quality and taste. We got none of them. I will stop here because there are so many dysfunctional things.

- Great Location on the beach surrounded by mountains - The staff were excellent and they are especially good with children. - Impressive facilities and choice of great restaurants. - They get the vibe just right with the music throughout the hotel - Nice touches like sunglasses cleaning (free) service - Pastries at breakfast are superb - No one ever seems to offer a drink when you’re lying by the pool. Plus no banana milkshake on the menu? - Fruit selection at breakfast is poor - Only one of the pools is heated so pretty much everyone crammed into one pool, as the rest were too cold to swim in. - Mini bar selection is terrible, no snacks at all and just a few soft drinks - odd.

Best service ever
-
The quality of the bathroom towels, some were ripped and seemed not so clean as well
-
Excellent second time and didn't disappoint, the best hotel in Agadir - true 5 star in facilities and service. Leaving, also service at beach bar not as high standard as everywhere else.

Our second visit ! Service amazing ! The food is insane

It was absolutely stunning, the most luxurious place we’ve stayed at. The staff was incredibly kind, the breakfast beautiful and delicious, the beach so clean, it was a dream for us to spend two nights at this hotel. Thank you for everything. -

Not busy - very relaxed - excellent service - great staff. Fantastic resort
-
- grounds and buildings exceptional - great food and drink options - nice pool and beach - excellent kids club - very friendly staff - apart from the first day, plenty of space by pool - staff not very responsive on occasions. Had to call room service for daughters sofa bed to be made up several times. - don't like digital hotel guide. Not enough information on digital guide. - not enough bar staff helping by pool. One guy doing the pool worked super hard but couldn't service all guests whilst three life guards having a chat and on phones not doing much. - music at every venue at hotel on 5 track loop is sooo boring. Make it 10 or 15 tracks. Had to request pool music switched off as so annoying. - communication not clear eg water in rooms is complimentary and not £3 a bottle (as stated on mini bar menu). Wasn't clear about all options at breakfast eg crepes, boiled eggs etc.
