AS ALWAYS ALEJANDRO WAS A BIG HELP ? WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THIS PROPERTY ? EXELENT LOCATION , CLOSE TO EVERYTHING & GREAT PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION ? ? THE DINNER ?️ WAS TERRIBLE ? ? FOOD HAD NO FLAVOR OR TEXTURE , PORTIONS SMALL . THIS IS DUE TO A CHANGE IN STAFF RECENTLY ; I WAS HERE IN EARLY MAY FOR MANY DAYS & THE DINNERS WERE AMAZING ? , THE CHIEF WAS " FACU " AND THEY NEED TO BRING HIM BACK ‼️‼️

TOO ‼️ COFFEE ☕ & TEA ? 24/7 THE BREAKFAST ? ☕ & DINNER ?️ THAT'S INCLUDED ARE A BIG PLUS , ANOTHER BIG THANK YOU TO " FACUNDO " THE COOK WHO MAKES THE DINNERS ; ITS A LOT OF HARD WORK BUT HE DOES A GREAT JOB ? PLENTY HOT ? WATER ? IN THE SHOWERS ? BATHROOMS ? ARE CLEAN ? BEDS ?️ ARE COMFORTABLE WITH PLENTY OF OUTLETS ? & PERSONAL LITE ? & FAN ? ST YOUR BEDSIDE. THIS IS A VERY BUSY HOSTLE WITH LOTS OF ENERGETIC ⚡YOUNG PEOPLE . I ENJOYED MY STAY TO THE FULLEST & WILL BE BACK AFTER I VISIT MELBOURNE ?

Gross very dirty

I really like the atmosphere and food availability. Breakfast is so good! And staff always willing to help out, specially front desk: Alejandro, thank you so much ;) Maybe bugs on the rooftop, but with food and outdoors I know is something really likely to be normal!

Great value, couldn't beat that price with breakfast and dinner! It's a hostel, but it was surprisingly chill and easy going from guests and staff.

The toilets and showers are cleaned throughout the day. So sit back and relax. The only thing that you may not like is getting too relaxed, spending too much time on the sunny terrace and never wanting to leave

The rooms were clean, and the drawer you got was handy and spacious All common rooms were small and dirty and there was 1 shower for about 24 people, that combined that some of the showers and hallways had cockroaches made the stay very dissapointing. The people there were also mainly spanish speaking workers, so for a backpacker not really a enjoyable stay

The beds were well isolated and had all amenities (blankets, towel and own mini fan). Public space was tidy and bathrooms well maintained. Provided meal was serviceable. Staff was very friendly at answering questions. Check-in was not up to stuff. Arrived at around noon but only was able to drop off luggage after pulling a cleaning member aside. Even at check in time, no one at front desk for over half an hour. Bed pods are also rather hot in summer when I went, but each sub-room had AC to compensate a bit.

Occasionally a cockroach creeps in from outside.

The bathrooms were very small and could not close door without wedging yourself in corner. The bottom bunk pod had very poor air circulation, cockroaches were seen frequently throughout inside of property.

the free dinner and breakfast were extremely good value, the beds were as private and clean as you can get in a hostel the location is a bit sketchy, not where you would want to be out at night. there were some issues with my booking, which the first staff member who helped me wasn't very nice or helpful, but when i tried again later another staff was super helpful and I was able to resolve the issue

Everything about this hostel exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic—quiet yet close to everything in Sydney, including the train station, cafes, and nightlife. The beds were super comfortable with privacy curtains, personal lights, and power sockets, which made it feel like my own little space. The place was always clean and well-maintained, and the free breakfast was a great bonus. Most of all, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. It had a cozy and social vibe that made it easy to meet other travelers. Honestly, there’s very little to complain about. Maybe just that the bathrooms can get a bit busy during peak hours, but that’s expected in any shared space. Everything else was smooth.

Wi-Fi worked. AC that was installed properly that wasn't blowing hot exhaust air back into the room for the first week until I found out and fixed it myself would have been good. Also, in this day and age, maybe upgrade to foam mattress? I had bruising on my ribs. Also the pillows fully deflates soon as my head hit it, so had to buy (and leave) my own there.
