The bathroom was very small but had everything we needed

Room-Was a great sized room with King Bed only thing lacking was place to put cloths need some sort of wardrobe in the room other than that great. Location-Many would say it was a bit far out from City Centre but if you like walking central Sydney is only a 20min walk as well as that Kings Cross station is only a 2 minute walk away. All up not a bad location Bathroom Look to be newly renovated at was so good sorry i meant great. Staff were so helpful answering all questions and right from checking in to checking out they were happy to hear suggestions and able to give a lot of information.

Very small room and bathroom hard to get in and out

It was close to the train and so therefore close to everything you want to do. It was comfortable as well! N/A

The location is perfect.After a day out exploring, it was good to relax in one of the restaurants or bars across the road from the hotel.There is also a very good supermarket opposite where we bought our breakfasts. The bed in our room was very soft and comfy too. The room and bathroom was a bit cramped but otherwise OK.

Not the properties fault but it can be noisy. Bathroom is quite small. My room had no decent window or view, some may have.

No need to consult photos, etc. as I have stayed at No. 9 Springfield several times before, always in relation to attending opera performances, usually in the Joan Sutherland theatre, but occasionally the Opera House concert hall. The only addition that would have been further useful, particularly during my latest 3-night stay, would be a microwave.

The shower is hot and powerful, bed is comfy, fridge and kettle in room. Bathroom is very small and cramped.

Hotel was a charming character old building which has been modified many times. It is very dated but solid. The room was located on the top floor, 4th, but the elevator did not go to that floor. Narrow staircase to access the 4th floor from the 3rd. Room was tiny with an even tinier bathroom. The elevator unfortunately broke down during the evening of the last night so had to carry all bags down to ground floor. Outdoor patio area is lovely. Located right downtown close to Kings Cross but the room was silent all and every night. The bed mattress needed replacing. The springs were very loose. Room good for one slim person. Shower was very tight to get in and the gaps between the door and wall allowed much water ingress onto floor with no drain. Sadly the cafe shop in the hotel didn't open the whole time we were there, 2 days. But many choices very nearby.

Over priced for room.

This newly renovated room was very clean and comfortable - the small bathroom was very functional. There was room to hang clothes. The older-style windows do not shut out street noise.

There were rats everywhere and the air conditioning leaked into the bed.

Generally it’s a comfortable and quiet hotel, in a very good location (near a train station and surrounded by eateries and other shops). The very small sink in the bathroom was very difficult & inconvenient to use. It would cause the floor to be wet.

The bathroom are a little on the small side but not bad
