The hostel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the common areas had a nice atmosphere. It was a great place to stay for a short trip. Everything was good. Nothing major to complain about.

The hostel was super friendly and sociable. It was great to see staff cleaning multiple times a day. There was a clear effort shown by staff to make guests’ experience as positive as possible with events taking place every night.

No further than expectations for price.... that's fine. I could not drop bags in early because I didn't have a door code. That would be good to supply earlier. That might have been available if I followed a link that was emailed, but that link was stopped as suspicious malware so I did not follow the link. This should be investigated please.

This is a great hostel to start your journey in Sydney. The staff are lovely and always willing to help if you have any questions or need assistance with anything. There are events organized every day, including free food on weekdays and pub crawls, which are perfect for meeting new people. It’s an ideal place when you’ve just arrived in the city or in Australia, as it helps you build your own group of friends. It has been one of the best experiences I’ve had in Australia. I made great friends, valuable connections, and unforgettable memories. They even helped me find work while I was in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa definitely recommend it !

An absolutely amazing hostel! The location couldn't be better, putting you right in the centre of Sydney and making sightseeing a breeze. The cleanliness is really good across all facilities, and the excellent staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It has a fantastic social vibe and fun events that make meeting fellow travellers effortless. Just like many others, I always end up extending my stay or booking here again—it’s my absolute go-to whenever I'm in town. Highly recommended for both short and long stays! Can't think of anything I didn't like. Keep up the good work guys! :)

Had an amazing stay at this hostel — the staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the atmosphere was super friendly. Great location with easy access to everything, plus the common areas made it easy to meet other travelers. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
