I liked the cleaniness of the room. The air condition was not working and the staff at the reception was rude and was not able to explain why the system was not working despite in the advertisement it said that it had aircon. Also, all the hotels have complementary drinking water facilities, but it was not there.

Great location, with Glebe and Newtown practically on the doorstep and Chinatown and the city a manageable walk or a short bus trip. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. My room was basic but comfortable and had everything I needed. I appreciated the sitting areas the hotel has on the upper floors where I could curl up with a book after spending the day out and about in Sydney. I’d happily stay here again. I wasn’t a fan of the shower, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. It was hard to keep the water from escaping from the shower cubicle to the rest of the bathroom floor.

Check in, Check out, Room was clean, shower and bed good. Thanks Staff at checkout was a little at odds.

There was nothing to like. The services were not at a level of 4 Star hotel Pre Check‑In customer service (I wrote an e‑mail/message to the hotel due to our late arrival and I didn’t receive any answer; long waiting period after calling from the lobby; unprofessional personnel) The AC didn’t work The room wasn’t cleaned the following day The only window couldn’t be opened Sticky floors Improperly cleaned bathroom Poor selection of food at breakfast Dirty cutlery and other unpleasent aspects

what breakfast, was that included. if it was, we were not informed industrial strength air conditioner outside door. the noise was intolerable.

Inside was very nice The shower water would run under the door

It was good value for money. A comfortable stay. Everything was fine.

Location is good and value is quite reasonable. Rooms on the third floor do not have air conditioning and the rooms were a little hot which made it a little uncomfortable. Parking is in the shopping centre which is slightly inconvenient and quite expensive at $45 a day.

Very clean Good location No parking available, they ask you to pay 45 dollars per EXIT. so you spent on parking more the the hotel bill, they should be clear about the fees in the advertising. It took us one hour on the reception to understand that point. No fan in the bathroom. Very tight toilet seat you cannot sit straight, you have to sit side, The building light projector was directed to the room Curtain wasn't enough to cover and it was a very strong light. The bed kept moving not stable, but it was clean. No drinking water. Matress need changing you can feel the spring in you bones.

The location was exceptional, the staff are very kind and friendly and the room was very clean My room in particular got quite hot in the afternoon Son and had a view to a brick wall which was a bit unfortunate, but otherwise it was great

Excellent location, very friendly staff The toilet was to close to the wall, so could not use it appropriately

Location was great, not far from Central Railway Station via Taxi. Did not order breakfast, don't think was available on the Saturday morning of departure. Room was small but adequate for one night. Location on Broadway was difficult for collection by Uber driver on departure due to no stopping restrictions outside Hotel. Being first time stay took a while to find a suitable location around the corner for Uber driver to stop for pick up. Room was put together quickly whilst we waited and floor not clean. Mostly my fault as I forgot to request twin beds rather than a double/king, which I thought I had, and no other rooms available already to go. Shower head needed maintenance as was falling downward so we had to tape into position. The luggage rack was in an unsuitable location meaning was very difficult to pick up a heavy suitcase and twist around to place on the rack. When we asked where we might have a coffee and breakfast we were directed to the Shopping Centre a block away (not far) even tho a coffee machine and breakfast facilities at the Hotel but clearly the staff member on duty not keen to assist in this way, understandable I guess if she was the only person on duty that morning.
