Great location for Central Station, which we needed every day of our stay. A short walk to Town Hall and Hyde Park, which also suited us. The room was comfortable, although one can see that the hotel is a refurbished version of an older hotel. We were also warm in the room. The breakfast was good. There is a lot of noise from the street but we were so tired each day we actually had no trouble sleeping.

Location is great! walking distance to Thai Town and shopping! Reception was friendly and check in was quick. No issues with checking out either. The toilet is situated right next to a wall and a chunky toilet roll holder. You will need to sit sideways to do your business due to the location of the toilet roll holder. I was placed in a corner room on the 7th floor. The bathroom is a bit dated and could do a refresh or renovation as the hop in and out of the bath to shower with proper railing posed a risk of falling. Breakfast was average with same selection over the 4 nights I stayed.

Great staff and facilities with a great carpark across the road . We were given a disability room with a shower that was not height adjustable. It was a large wet room style bathroom that was flooded when shower on due to height of shower head and drainage . The bathroom was very difficult to use to get dressed for an event due to wetness , lighting and mirror very small and low. No full length mirror in room.It was not a usable bathroom that allowed for a non disable person to use.

It was convenient because my seminar was there. The Storehouse had good food and the staff were lovely. I had a room on the first floor that was dark and dingy and looked into an alley. I felt it was on the expensive side for the ordinary room I got but could have been because I booked last minute.
