Modern and clean, friendly and helpful staff The shower door could barely open due to the shower head blocking the way, had to squeeze past it every time - plus, the shower head looked like it was about to fall off any second. The hallway lights are constantly on and the light comes through the doors. The room doors are very loud when closing so every time a neighbour closes their door you can hear it (woke me up several times). The black out curtain setup is not well done.. they let the light through

I stayed here for 2 nights after my flight from England and it was perfect to get over jet lag and visit Sydney. My room was perfect for just me but I can imagine it being too small for two people. It was clean and the staff were friendly Nothing really

Beautifully renovated, brilliant location nearby amazing restaurants, grocer & transport. The staff were prompt and attentive with service/requests and the twin room offered plenty of space for our family to unwind together after days out exploring. We requested two rooms on the same floor to be near my son and elderly mother-in-law. We arrived to find the floors are split levels and our rooms were separated by a hallway and stairs, with my MIL’s room at the top of a set of 10-12 stairs (she has mobility issues). The shower in that room also leaked through the bathroom. Our king room was incredibly small, more so once a cot for our youngest was squeezed in.

Great location in Potts Point. It is a beautiful century‑old heritage building located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and the interior layout is warm and cosy. The room was clean and comfortable. As it is an old heritage building, it does not have the brand‑new finishes you would find in modern hotels, though it is still clean and comfortable.

Really nice location close to lots of cafes and restaurants. The hotel had everything we needed and we had a room overlooking the city. I was concerned the room might be too small after reading other reviews, so we went for a deluxe room and easily fitted in 2 large suitcases. Less good was the thickness of the walls - it was very noisy one night and if there had been a member of staff in the hotel at night we would have asked them to intervene with a group of people who were less than considerate. This wouldn’t put us off staying again.
