Location. Very friendly and helpful staff. It could have been cleaner. Walls are very thin so you can hear everyone talking in the next room.

The location was pretty good. Just next to the supermarket and near the bus stop (which sometimes only comes every half an hour) It wasn’t the cleanest. I killed two cockroaches during my stay there. Also I had a heating problem. I couldn’t turn the heater on. The staff said they would send someone to look at it but nothing was resolved

For an overnight stay and nothing more, it’s fine. It has everything you need. If you are travelling by car, this is not a convenient place to stay. There is nowhere to even stop briefly to unload your luggage. The parking is about 1,200 metres away and very expensive — it cost us $50 for one night. It is also not particularly close to the city centre, and it takes quite a while to walk there. The website stated that check-in was available until 11 pm. In reality, when we arrived at 8 pm, the door was locked and nobody answered the phones. The only thing that helped was pressing the emergency button, after which a staff member finally appeared.

Woolworths Metro is nearby, with plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. It’s also close to a bus stop, making it convenient to get around. Reception: The service was just okay. The staff were polite, but they didn’t ask how my stay was or make much effort to engage. Shared bathroom: The shared bathroom and toilet were very small—almost like a matchbox—which made them feel quite cramped.

That we was given a top floor when we had a child and that it was next to a bath roam I had fallen from stair case and still wasn’t given a bottom floor room I have suffered a twisted angle and now I have been put out off work from the fall wish to get a refund from the service I’m seeking legal advice as it’s poor service
