Bed was great, very comfortable, I don't often find hotel beds to be this good! The room was very good for an overnight stay. Room was presented well. staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Breakfast on Sunday morning was very busy. Long wait for tables. The food presented well but did not meet expectations for a hotel of this standard (possibly as they were run off their feet). Most of the hot food was warm and not replenished quickly (buffet breakfast). There were no staff that were watching the food to prevent cross contamination with serving tools or children touching. Fried eggs were crispy on the bottom and barely cooked on the top - runny clear egg whites on top, again pointing to rushed service. Food selection was reasonable, just needed to be better controlled both for quality and safety.

Good location with many places within easy walking distance. Quite loud at night with people yelling and emergency vehicles around the area using their sirens. Bathrooms were a bit outdated. Floor in the shower is a continuation of the smooth tile in the bathroom. When wet it is a huge slip hazard to elderly - surprised there hasn’t been a catastrophe.

Location in the CBD made it easy to get around to see all the main Sydney sights. The family suite was perfect for our family of four (two adults and two teenagers).

The hotel was located close to the theatre we were attending Parking. We prepaid our parking online but there weren't any spots left when we arrived at 3pm. We parked in a spot for electric cars. Hotel doesn't have Fox TV which was disappointing.
