Room was comfortable. Location was excellent. staff were solemn. no one topped up the in room bar fridge after the first night or the coffee/tea/sugar.

When booking, the photos of the room we booked look quite different to what we actually stayed in. The shower was dirty and looked like what appeared to be mould. The price certainly doesn’t reflect what we stayed in.

Room was comfy Our TV didnt work - had sound but no picture. They gave us drink vouchers but we couldnt use them as was only for 4pm-8pm and we werent there then as had a party to go to

Location Staff were below average, breakfast plan. Staff boring and not engaging, room was tiny, stained tiles and shower needs a professional clean!

What fools would have two Rydges in the same street. I was to book and meet, stay in the same hotel with an entourage of visiting Chinese business people, I asked their representative prior which hotel they had booked into and was sent a photo add showing Rydges 97 Pitt St. SYDNEY. Its obvious the confusion started with the Chinese, one is advertised as being at World Centre and the other as Australia square. Neither party have ever heard of these places, when I asked the Taxi driver at the airport to take me to the Rydges in Pitt St he never asked which one, and dropped me at the wrong one? Whilst at the bar in conversation with the barman about the mix up, two gentlemen from Melbourne overheard and commented they were also caught out.
