Everything!

Excellent location, excellent breakfast (best I've ever had and I've been to quite some hotels). It had lots of options and kept us full a whole day!! Large room and bathroom! Kids enjoyed the gym and the pool.

Superbly appointed hotel; super clean and a generously sized room. Very surprised at the modest cost for such high-quality accommodation in central Sydney. Had some issues with my booking (my error with the dates), and it seemed the hotel reception was powerless to resolve a very slow booking adjustment, so check-in took over half an hour. Got an awful AI chatbot from Booking.com that was useless and extremely frustrating to try to deal with whilst being forced to run multiple tasks on a smartphone at the hotel reception. When will customer-service-oriented businesses learn to implement AI-enabled IT solutions properly? Grrr. Not really the hotel's fault, though.

The bathroom needs a good scrub especially the plug area.

Netflix didn’t work on the bedroom tv.

Great location and efficient staff

Beautiful building and the staff were very lovely. For how expensive this hotel is, it’s ridiculous to charge $6 for a bottle of water in the room. I didn’t realise it was not complimentary (which is crazy) and because it’s written in a policy which I was later told was in a drawer? Should have been out on the table for easy access and bottled water should be free to guests let alone $6 for one bottle, absolutely insane.
