The located and place is very good I realized last night that the key to my car was returned to me with a scratch; apparently it fell and got scratched.

The structure and the position The reception wasn’t there on arrival and had to wait for a few minutes before a young man arrived. The room wasn’t very clean: a used plaster in shower and a towel had a couple of hairs on it.

Great location, unique hotel, beautiful views. We were taken good care of and made to feel very welcome. Staff were all very friendly. Some rooms do need a refurbish or freshen up as some things not working or showing signs of wear and tear but otherwise amazing.

Great location, nicely designed, clean and comfortable. Rooms were well equipped with the basics, chromecasr was easy to connect to. Water pressure wasn't great and parking is very expensive (staff were very helpful and suggested other options close by).

Location for kings cross When it was the ovolo. The Service was 100% better. And they Conad a vegan restaurant downstairs. I expected more vegan Friendly options from the ovolo Rooms are dated/stained. Not The luxury it once was

Check in was seamless......breakfast was quite good Superficial clean was poor.....the lack of free to air TV in n bedroom was a nuisance

The staff were really friendly. The hotel itself is in a great spot. The room had a spectacular view over the city and was really clean. There are done great pubs and dining very close by. Would stay again.
