Friendly staff. WhatsApp group chat for residents which is helpful to share info etc. Able to leave luggage. Showers were cold on multiple days during stay, at one point on consecutive days. Also seemed to be occurring before our stay (were part of group chat before arriving and could see the messages about it, and that it was fixed, however then continued to reoccur). Also some showers not working. Street is rather loud and busy until the early hours of the morning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The kitchen was well-equipped with various utensils, which made cooking very easy and convenient. There were also many events organized, which made it easy to meet and connect with people from different countries. I had a great experience and made many wonderful memories here.

The reception I like everything

The staff are really friendly, responsive, and dedicated to the hostel and the quality of its services. They organize events both at the hostel and off-site. It’s great if you want to meet people and are new to Sydney. Considering the size of the hostel and the number of guests, I found it to be really clean. Not too noisy for an hostel this range of price. The kitchen gets too crowded and is far too small during peak hours. It’s impossible to cook at certain times. Also, the living area, which doubles as a dining room, is too small; you have to climb over tables and benches to get to one of the two tables. There aren’t enough outlets in the living area. Sometimes you wait for a shower. Housekeeping services in the mid-morning on weekends should be prohibited if there is no new commers. No bed curtains in the dorms.

Exceptional

I honestly liked everything about it. The staff was really helpful with everything and very friendly. There was something going on on everyday which I personally really liked. There was free food a few times a week and then also free alcohol and party’s where we also went to different things after, really enjoyed it. The hostel itself is also really nice and cozy, the location is perfect, right next to the train station and you can reach everything you need in a few minutes. It also gets cleaned a few times a day, so no problems with that either. I had a really great stay and would definitely recommend it! Everything was good. Nothing bad hat I could say.
