The Aiden was absolutely amazing. Boutique style accommodation, rooms are fabulous, staff was exceptional, food was fantastic. Will be staying there every time we visit Sydney.

Location was great Bed was not the best as it was sunk in the middle causing a sore back in the morning

Location was very good. Close to light rail and Darling Harbour. Rooms are very small but you learn to live with it.

Close to facilities Room was tiny . Bed only accessible from one side so if you have two in bed you have to jump over the other person to use bathroom or get a drink in the night

Staff were friendly and helped out when our tv stopped working. Was comfortable. Breakfast was average. Not really any regular options it was all a bit fancy

I loved the location I love the hotel it was so clean very convenient will set out modern and very comfortable. There is absolutely nothing I can say that I disliked! There isn’t one single thing I could point out that I think needs to be changed. Everything was fantastic, and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience.

The room was comfortable, the bed cozy. The view was amazing. Location made it easy to get around. Staff were exceptional. 100% would stay again. There was nothing to complain about.

Great central location. Close to public transport. Very clean room. Check-in was easy and quick. Staff super friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy and room had all the accessories extras you would need (i.e. slippers, hairdryer, steam iron, safe). Good checkout time 11am, means no rushing and can have a solid sleep-in.

The location is amazing, only 3 mins walk to the ferry and the Maritime Museum. Just across from the bridge leading to the CBD and all the shops. Plus restaurants and bars all within reach. We walked everywhere. Only a laundry room was missing - would have been great if there was one
